This is probably the best jewelry store I’ve ever been too!! I absolutely love this place and all of their jewelry. I have multiple rings from them and they handmade me a ring based off of an idea I had and I absolutely loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good quality jewelry!

This jeweler came recommended to me as I needed to have my rings sized. I did bring them in and spoke with a woman there who told me it would take 7-10 days. I brought them in on Wed 8/17. She told me that they would be $50 per band, and I was very specific I wanted them before I left town over Labor Day weekend. She said no problem and she would call me when they were ready for pick up. On Friday 8/26 I called the shop after not hearing from anyone to ask if they might be ready? She left me a voicemail saying they are backed up and that it was now $75 a band. I will say the the woman I worked was professional and nice when I first went there. However, no call was made to let me know that they were even behind. To me that would've nice to know. As apparently the sizing is not done on sight. I'm disappointed as I feel they over promised and undelivered. What was communicated at the time turned out not to be. And when the owner called me to let me know my rings were back at the shop on Sat for pick up. She never apologized or tried to even save the sale. So I was disappointed all the way around. I think it's clear this store strengths centers around original designs but for the service I was looking for it fell short. As a former sales person, it's all about the service. And for this experience is was lacking.

The owner here is the best. She has really helped my wife and mom with lots of different jewelry even if it was not bought at her place. My wifes wedding ring is spectacular. No one compares and comes close to the customer service you get from this jewelry shop

I have been going to Katy Boldt for years! Such a great jewelry store and great for all ages. I always find the perfect piece of jewelry every time I go in. The customer service is also amazing! They truly treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door.

I was referred to Katy by a friend for a small repair on my mom's necklace. We visited the shop yesterday; yes, it is open AND following CDC guidelines. We received customer CARE that was ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. We also saw all the beautiful and unique earring designs. We will shop there when we need a gift in the future. Kali and Marion

I approached Sonya with an idea for my wife's birthday gift. I asked if she could create a pair of earrings to complement an heirloom quality pendant that she has owned for 10 years. What she created was absolutely stunning. Every detail, the color, shade, texture, and constitution of the metal as well as the pattern meticulously matched the original pendant so well that anyone seeing them together would believe they were originally sold as a set. My wife was speechless when I presented them. I am so thoroughly happy with the work but also had such a great experience during the design process. Sonya was prompt, responsive, communicative, and consistently on time with every step, and even kept me on track and so made sure they were ready exactly on time as promised.

I can't say enough good things about this gem of a store! Katy and her staff have always come through with amazing ideas and gifts over the years. I'm sad to be moving away but thrilled that I can pick up the phone and still shop with them. Price points to fit every budget!
