I had a wonderful experience today when Michelle assisted me with an emergency I needed resolved the same day. It was such a relief to have immediate, real-life customer support from a friendly and knowledgeable person. After helping me with two separate issues in the same day, I felt completely assured that my problem was solved and that I had experienced, fast-acting folks handling my affairs. The staff there is Amazing ?. Janet, Emily, Mashell ,Stephanie. They all are very professional, and yet relatable, and very easy to talk to. They also make you feel they really understand your situation .

A big shout out to Josh, his agency team and State Farm in general. We've had our home & auto policies with Josh for years and thankfully we haven't needed to file a claim in a very long time. If you are like me, I always some nerves and apprehension if/when you need to file a claim. I have to say, the whole process was very efficient. The State Farm website was easy to access, had all the info I needed and provided detailed instructions on the next steps. State Farm coordinated with both the repair shop and the rental car company which really minimized the number of calls that I had to make. In addition, Josh's team member quickly clarified a few logistical questions that I had. The update is - I got my car back today and was left impressed by the professionalism of the entire process. Five stars :)

I'm shocked at the good reviews. I had nothing but problems with my bill the entire time I was with them. I wish I can give this a negative 0. These reviews are definitely shocking considering this the worse insurance location I've ever dealt with.
