I live in Texas.. somebody stole my card information and used it at this location. The store did nothing to help find the person and hold the accountable.

Last night approximately at 7 PM, my family (husband, 2 children, and myself) was shopping at Jewel Osco on Pfingsten Rd, Glenview, IL. My husband had our 2 girls in the shopping cart and was slowly browsing the end aisle when Sheri (an associate refused to give us her full name) says, "Geez, Christ!" and walks around him and gets in front of the cart. My husband says "excuse me, what did you say?" but she proceeds to walk and ignore him. Then he asks her again and she replies she didn't say anything in a snickering manner. That's when he asks to speak to a manager and she answers "I'm a manager. What do you want to say?" Few minutes later I join my family from couple of aisles over and find our girls shaken up (age 4 & 6) by the incident. I then walk to the customer service desk to report this incident and Sheri (who is covering her badge at this point) is at the desk and says she's the front end manager. I request to speak to a store manager and she pages Joe Martin. When I explain to him what had occurred, he tells me to call back the store the next day and speak with Kaitlyn. I ask him for Sheri's full name and he says he doesn't know but there is only one Sheri at the store. When I ask Sheri for her name, she replies "I don't need to give you anything" We basically received no assistance or explanation for the incident. What was suppose to be a family shopping night ended up being an extremely unpleasant event. We completed the transaction and left but doubt we will ever go back to this store.
