When for flowers and the place was empty, and the ones left were looking horrible, then every was out of place, the lines were so long and only two cashier open and the other line for the scan and go line so long, definitely disappointed š

I have been shopping exclusively at this Jewel for a number of years, and have always found it to be well-stocked, with fresh produce, a great meat department, and a yummy bakery. But the staff is its best feature. These folks are knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to answer questions and help you find products. I give much of the credit to the charming and personable store manager, who is on the floor constantly working alongside her staff, but always eager to help customers. A great team running a superb store!

I often order groceries for pick up at this store and rarely have any problems. Today, however, I want to give a shout out to their pharmacy. I had the smoothest most efficient time getting my Covid and flu vaccines. The pharmacist is a gem! He provided great service, answered all my questions and really eased my mind. Iām going to transfer my prescriptions to this pharmacy and arrange for any new ones to be sent there as well. Outstanding customer service!

Its close to me, so its where I go most often. But they dont carry everything I used. And I can't get them to order items I want either.

Asian lady with a mask on in 2025 June told me Iām āholding up the line, inconveniencing herā for my 2 items at the register. Why is she yelling at me for doing her job? Whatās wrong with you?Why does she think itās okay to talk down to customers? Donāt treat customers like a burden. I told her Iām sorry you have to do your job. She didnāt pick up on my sarcasm. I found this interaction very rude and complained to the manager. Please do better and treat every customer as important to service at the customer service line. Common decency is bare minimum.

A year ago I would have given a much lower rating. But, in my opinion, the drive up pick up has significantly improved from what it was. That's 90% of my shopping here. Minus 1 star for lack of product availability.
