Came in for a vehicle inspection before purchasing a new car. Looked okay, then I took it to a mechanic near me a couple weeks later to get some piping replaced. Turns out the turbo (which is hidden pretty well) is completely split in half. I would have expected you guys to find that considering I paid for the vehicle to be inspected. Got quoted $5000 to replace the turbo. Thanks J.E.R.S. ?

I have brought my car to JERS for five years now after a bad experience at my dealership and a few friends recommended I try JERS. Joe and Joe have been amazing, they explain everything and tell you exactly what the car needs with not overselling. I recently had a flat tire and they were a huge help. I would strongly recommend this place for any auto mechanic needs, do not hesitate to bring your car in!

The team at JERS is always very helpful, honest, and willing to go above and beyond to keep me satisfied and my vehicle on the road. They always do a great job servicing our vehicles and we can always trust them and their expertise when it comes to helping keep us on the road. Most other mechanics will look for any and every little thing to charge you for, even if the maintenance is unnecessary or will make no difference. JERS goes the extra mile to keep our vehicle reliable while also being realistic and strategic regarding what maintenance is required and when it should be done.

As always it went well. I had my car detailed and it was brought back to me looking beautiful. In fact, I was at the Glenbrook Hospital the other day and the folks who valet park asked if I got a new car. I am a very detailed person myself and that is how great a job JERS did for me.
