“Terrific customer service at this location! Eric took so much time with us. My husband and I came in to address an email problem I was having on my laptop and phone. Also, I needed to buy a new phone. Eric quickly fixed the email issue and advised me on new phones. I bought a beautiful lavender IPhone 17 with lavender case and accessories on a fantastic promotion! Eric put the new liquid screen protector on it for me. He patiently spent so much time with us making sure that he answered all our questions. This is our new GO TO Xfinity location! 2840 Patriot Blvd. Glenview, IL Thank you Eric!”

“Kelly you are the best! Let me tell you folks, I agree with Lisa B. Kelly had 3 customers that needed extensive assistance, but not me. LOL. Her voice tone was calm, yet professional. The way she handled each situation close to closing time, you would think the store just opened. I needed internet service immediately, just moved from Florida. Kelly provided me with the right equipment, explained what will happen, what I need to do, and it should take less than 15 minutes to set up. Got home and it took only 5. Kelly, listen to me, if you decide to go into another profession, choose Emergency Room, News Anchor or Radio host. Thank you again!”

“Yassar at this location was EXTREMELY helpful. He was so kind and patient. He made the upgrade to my daughter's phone quick, easy and seamless. It was such a good experience that I went out of my way to come back for my own phone and my sons to work with him again. He was not in the store that day, but it was still a good experience. Yassar was calm even when the store got very busy and he was the only person there, he was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly he got me out of there fast. “I experienced an outage with my internet today and they got someone out to my home to fix my internet very quickly. From the time it went out to it being fixed was just under 2 hours. Also, Reshmi was super friendly and attentive over the phone. She followed up to make sure everything was okay. Originally I was frustrated, but the quick resolve to my issue was really appreciated. “I went to T-mobile in Old an orchard because I had read the super reviews given to Brett! I had called last week to speak to Brett to inquire about time with him to choose a new phone, and more importantly to get help with my gmail. I had somehow lost access to my gmail in the phone app.
Brett did not disappoint! He fixed my email account- voila! And cleaned up my second phone’s sound problems, and spent ample time explaining the pros and cons of all the new features on the 15 pro. Additionally, he helped me choose EarPods, case cover and even put it on for me! T- mobile is lucky to have this young man!”
“I first went to T-Mobiles Evanston store in October 2023. A young man named Johan assisted me; I had recently been a victim of Identity Theft and my phones were hacked.
I came in with three phones, told him the situation and he's wasn't fazed at all. He took his time and worked with each one and set up the new one. Even suggested the home Internet as a temporary fix since my service was compromised as well. Excellent experience!
It's now May 2024, and I have been back for his assistance twice. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the phones technology. And, I actually kept the Internet service as the ACP program came to an end.
