This bank is a stroke, they have a commercial claiming they look out for you but in reality they look out for them selves just like the other big banks. Don't waste your time!

They had a nice promotion. However, when we came to open an account, they told us that we didn't have all the necessary paperwork. We came back the next day with all the requested paperwork. Unfortunately, a women who was supposed to help us, was not there. As a result, a different bank officer had to process our paperwork . I think it was the first time she ever opened a business account! She had to call a central office for help, was not sure how to process information or read documents, and to top it all of she did not know how to type! After waiting for almost two hours, we were told that we should leave all of the paperwork and come back later. Which is what we did. Hopefully, everything got processed correctly. The reason why I gave three stars instead of two, was the really good promotion and competitive interest rate to open an account.
