I actually had two issues with screws in tires on separate cars. Each time I called GreatWater I was greeted in a positive upbeat manner. I explained my situation and on each incident was able to bring my car in the same day. One tire they were able to repair. The second time I wasn't so lucky. Dan the manager gave me options as to what I could do but seeing that the screw was so close to the edge of the tire (not in the sidewall which is an automatic replacement) I chose to replace the tire. They had the tires the same day which surprised me as they are more of a performance tire and not easy to get. I have delt with this company for many years and they have always come through for me. They run a professional, fair, honest business and are pleasure to do business with.

This is a great place.My car had a steering wheel issue and they fixed it for me.All other places stated that they were unable to fix it because it is a German car.
Gil was very honest with what was going on with my car and he was very sociable from the beginning.He advised that it would take a few days because they had to order in the parts from another state.
I’m a happy customer and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for honest mechanics and quality car care.

For 3 years we have serviced both of our older vehicles with GreatWater 360 (formerly Hillerich's) for repairs like brakes, engine belts, oil changes, and system flushes. Their customer service/advice is excellent, their repairs are top notch, and their prices are fair. We appreciate receiving their "car condition reports" through text and email, which allows us to review the mechanic's detailed findings (with photos) prior to them calling to authorize work. We highly recommend.

This was my first time at the former Hillerich’s. I had for years been going to Clavey Brothers, which was also recently acquired by GreatWater 360. Dan was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure that I received all the appropriate discounts. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but was also aware that I likely had some deferred maintenance items. Upon vehicle inspection and a review of Clavey’s records, his mechanics addressed these and recommended the work be performed. This was done within a reasonable timeframe and was completely satisfactory. I will definitely go back.

As usual, the Greatwater team was very proactive when servicing my SUV recently. They are always fair and honest and stand behind their work with an extended warranty on repairs.
