I purchased an item that they couldn't deliver due to catchement area issues. Lynn, the manager, went out of her way to make sure that I received my item, fully put together, delivered and installed, from another Ace that was closer to my address. I couldn't have been more pleased with the purchase that I made, and the customer service was excellent.”

“I can't even begin to tell you how helpful, patient and kind that Mike in the Appliance Department was to me. I ordered my GE Electric Stove on line. I decided to go to the Glenview Home Depot so I could see the Refrigerator and Dishwasher. He spent much time with me explaining and answering my questions. He is a cheerful person and I could tell he liked his job. You are lucky to have such an employee! I give 5 Stars to Mike and I look forward to working with him if I should need a washer & dryer. I refuse to shop at your biggest competitor as their prices are too high and they charge fees for every little thing! I had great experience at the store today when picking up 8 bags of garden soil by myself. The store associate Umar generously helped me haul the loaded cart to my car and loaded all of them into my trunk. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood.”
