I have visited this location twice, once today and once back in April. The first time, Barb cut my hair and I requested her again this time. She did an amazing job, and did exactly what I asked for.
A little backstory... My first visit was after previously going to another salon that didn't understand what I was asking of them, so it left my hair in pretty bad shape. She was able to revive it and bring it back to life with an amazing cut!
When I saw her for another cut today, she did a phenomenal job! The cut Is perfect, and my curls are bouncy and happy. Thanks, Barb!

I have been getting my haircut from Barbara for years and just love how she cuts my hair. She does a great job. My husband was seeing her too until he started growing a ponytail. I highly recommend her!
Hair type: My hair is a bit curly and she layers it nicely.

Good hair cut but bad attitude when I walked into Great Clips today. I didn't like how I was treated and hair stylist was very bossy and rude trying to tell me what I should do with my hair or what not to do to my hair. I came for a trim not to be told how she would like me to wear my hair. Very sarcastic and made me uncomfortable. I been having Barbara doing my hair but she wasn't in. I didn't feel welcomed coming into this store as I usually have felt. Maureen was very rude to me when I walked in stressing she was going home and didn't have time for me. I am a loyal customer and do not deserve to be treated this way. Barbara is by far the only one at this location that makes me feel welcomed. Besides the fact of having bad attitudes I did have a great cut but bad experience I hope I never have again!

I have been coming to this location for a very long time over the past year for a simple service. Sometimes, for a wash, sometimes for a cut and wash. I have bad swelling in my legs due to chronic lymphadema, and this is what helps me with this task. I came in before work, and the manager, marianna, took a customer before me, and I checked 59 minutes before on the wait list with a min to spare. I am always on time. She cleared my name and went onto a lady carrying an iPad (someone who requested a more expensive service). This is not the first time she has done something like this. I find her behavior to be less than professional. Everyone else has been great at this location, namely Fatima. That is what the two stars are for. I understand marianna has been under stress, but this is no way to treat a customer who has been visiting your location for over a year. Never coming back.

Fatima (sp) was absolutely wonderful. She listened and did exactly what I had asked her to do. Beautiful haircut and she is pleasant throughout the whole process. So pleased with the whole experience.

10/10!! After my boyfriend and I had reservations at Supercuts, upon walking in the two ladies were arguing and said "can you just come back tomorrow?"We left and promptly went to this location before they closed! Fantastic service, very friendly! Had a great time spending our visit laughing and chatting. Thank you Fatema for the GREAT cut! both you and Maureen had a very welcoming atmosphere on this Sunday evening and we are delighted. We will be back! <3
