Mr. Park is a very earnest man and has tremendous skills and knowledge of cars. We have been his customers since his repair shop on Pulaski Rd. in Chicago, say about 20 years. We used to drive down to Chicago for repairs because he was very truthful and skilled. Now it's much easier because we live nearby. I recommend all my friends to him.

I've been going to Park's auto for over 20 years now. I moved to Ohio and still come to him to have him service my cars when I come into town. Kirk has always taken really good care of my family as well as their cars. I recommend him to anyone.

This Guy is not honest he's a crook I sent a car there to test him on ac repair and i found out he disconnected the connector to the ac control panel.say ing it could be a lot of things on a crv honda....like this and that racking up the price freaking lier...poor o ladys car lucky she has me to check the car ..all she needed was a recharge because the r134 frieon was stale I knew the control panel connector was allready connected just was testing him.. mr park is a crook watch out ..... He's a thief at times..good luck.

Very good guy. Honest and straightforward...went for simple oil change and after i left the shop i realized he fixed an sensor issue i had for months without even asking him! He just did it for me!

I asked to change engine oil at Park's Auto on last December and it was replaced with STP 10w30 motor oil (cheap one) and cost $120. After that, there are lots of problems including force decrease, frequently engine blurring, sometime engine stop , and so on while starting and driving.For the first time, I thought this problem was from my car, BMW 528i xDrive, 2013year but I knew it was due to non proper engine oil. It was disappeared after changing other oil in another shop. (it cost $70)Don't waste time and money at this shop.

This is my go-to place for last 25 years; since his shop in Chicago. He always thinks the best option for you; cost-wise and longevity-wise so that I can make informed decision about the repair; newer car vs. 15 yrs old car for example. Owner is very considerate and kind. Again, that's why I don't go anywhere else. Just like other things, if you want to get some special attention or treatment, why not stick with a mechanic for a while, build some relationship, and set that expectation? That's what I did years ago and this has been THE place to go for me to get any car-related headache resolved; from windshield job to complete rack-n-pinion job. Please don't rate a mechanic (here or anywhere) for a stinky oil change job / experience... You should go to those ripoff LUBE place if you want to get SMOOTHER oil change (punt intended) and perfunctory "Care".

Motor oil for my car was changed in this shop. The mechanic had never asked about my required oil maker and change the oil with cheap one(STP, 10w30). The cost was $120.
