This review is from the perspective of an out of state purchase. The process to make and close a deal with Roger was top notch and was very efficient. Everything was done via email/text and electronic signatures and moved very quickly, even though it involved two trade-ins. Had this been a local sale, this easily would have been a glowing 5 star review. Unfortunately, the logistics of shipping and titling the car I purchased did not meet my expectations for a dealership with such glowing reviews.
Imagine having a brand new manual transmission high end sports car that the dealer was supposed to have delivered by enclosed carrier being driven by the transport company for the last 4 miles through pot-holed streets of a major city without notice or permission. Everyone I share the story with is horrified, but Glenview dismissed my concerns saying "we don't take responsibility for someone else's actions when we can't control them" and blamed me for changing the delivery address on the day of pickup (true: but that request was accepted without objection and it is not an excuse for what happened), and the fact that the destination was not reachable by truck (false: while NYS parkways are off limits, obviously there are local streets that are utilized by commercial vehicles). There was no evidence of damage (even though I will never know how it was driven for those 4 miles), but I asked Glenview for an extended warranty as accommodation given this never should have happened. The best Glenview could offer me was either a $150 gas card or to sell me an extended warranty at a discount, both of which I declined.
Titling of the car was also not as smooth as in my prior remote purchases where the dealers hired a local agent to handle the registration. Instead, Glenview sent me a packet to bring to the DMV. It was missing a form that only the dealer could fill out, requiring multiple trips to the DMV to fix. The back-office staff at Glenview was very responsive and prompt in providing the additional forms overnight, but that doesn’t make up for hours of lost time at the DMV.

Great folks to work with. Enjoyed the work with Brandon, Banypal and the team while acquiring MC20. I have never done the x-state purchase before, and they helped setting up the shipments and addressing paperwork questions.

Purchased a new Lotus Emira. Devin made the purchase process extremely simple. Dealership tinted the windows and did a ceramic coating for me. Reasonable price and Natalie kept me updated through the whole process. Would definitely recommend purchasing from Glenview if in the market for a new Lotus.

For more than two weeks I was looking for a new car since mine was already too old and very used.
Last week I decided to call this dealership because not only do they have good prices but they also speak Spanish. (Great help)
I had the opportunity to work with Yamila and Tarek and the two did an incredible job: they introduced me to the car I was going to buy, I had the opportunity to drive it around and see all its features and what it included. After two days I was finally able to go to the dealership and be able to close the deal with them.
It was very easy to deal with them and they didn't pressure me at any time, very transparent and offered me good financing. It should be noted that each document was well explained and there were no unanswered or unclear questions.
A very good, friendly team, willing to help and close a deal not only for the benefit of them but also for the benefit of the client. It should also be noted that when I bought it, the car was thoroughly cleaned and it was delivered in very good condition including 2 keys.

I brought my car for diagnostic , I made an appointment beforehand and drop it off, 3 weeks passed no one called me no one answered my phone calls, I went in to check what is going on with my car, they haven’t touched for 3 weeks, so I picked up my car and took it somewhere else, very unprofessional.

Purchased a 2022 Lexus RX site unseen for my wife last week. Everyone at Glenview was fantastic and special thanks to Natalie Yatsko for going the extra mile. Car is beautiful, showed up in a covered trailer and took our trade back. Glenview honestly made the process easier than going to the dealership.

By far the simplest, smoothest car purchase I've ever made. Honest, clear communication, accurate paperwork, and the car was as perfect as advertised. I also had it delivered to another state, which they coordinated, and that went perfectly.

Working with Tarik at Glenview Luxury Imports has made the process of buying out my lease so nice. I’m constantly on the road and can’t talk on the phone while I’m working so he made it possible to message and email to get the process moving along. Even when I messaged other dealerships for assistance they would take days to message back and Tarik was quick to respond. It was Such a great experience and I highly recommend the customer service and experience that this dealership has to offer.
