“I miss a convenience when I log into Busey bank there would be a tab that I can navigate Busey's main menus. Currently when I log into my account it takes me to my banking menus. I have to log out and just log into Busey .com to get to the other menus of Busey's services.”

“There are certain types of businesses I don't usually review. It's not because it was bad or good. It is more that it may not be an exciting or sexy review.We had a few bad experiences at Chase Banks over the past few weeks trying to find a notary. Branches we went to either didn't have one, or they were too busy even to acknowledge we were there.This branch was very different. They have 12 bankers who are also notaries, and half can do medallion guarantees. They saw us immediately; the banker was extremely nice and helped us get everything we needed done. A nod to the banker - David.If you are a Chase Banking customer, this is where I recommend you go. If you need a banker, and not simply a teller, I found this branch to be the best of all that I have seen.”
“Went to this branch yesterday for the first time (usually visit a different location) to transfer funds and open a new account for a family member. I received outstanding customer service from Samina Khatani who overheard my conversation with the teller and came over from her desk to help walk me through the processes. This will be the branch I use in the future”

“I called customer service to ask about a check I received in my late mother-in law's estate (I am the executor of the will) and how to deposit it, etc. A week later my wife and I received a candle in the mail along with a note saying how sorry they (Busey) were to hear about her passing. I don't have millions at Busey and I'm probably one of their smaller clients which makes this review so genuine. We were really touched by this - talk about great customer service!! I probably call customer service 1-2 times a year to help me with online banking and they are always nice and super-helpful. Can't say enough about them!
