Went to this branch today 9-24-24 around 1245pm at the drive thru. Never felt this insulted before. Gave this lady the withdrawal slip with the ID of my friend who is a senior. She looked inside my car and asked if she could talked to her. I said sure. She asked if she wants cash. In my mind, isn't why we gave you the withdrawl slip? Im not sure what her problem was. She got the ID and and the slip with signature on it. I'm asian, I don't think she has problem with the account holder.. I think she's just being racist. I just told her we will just go to a different branch. never had problem at this location before until this lady works there. It's just so sad that there are people like these.

If I could give a lower star count I would. This branch is like a comedy of errors, the bank itself is a scam. They held my mom's $25k for over a month and refused to give it back. We jumped thru hoops gave them everything they asked for and they still refused to refund the money on an account they closed. And 2 months later they are still unwilling to give my mom her money back. Their fraud department decided they were not going to give it back. Eventhough we gave them every single piece of paper they requested. NEVER USE THIS BANK

They are very slow on processing anything over a thousand dollars and the managers don’t have sense of urgency. They don’t have enough staff.

Absolutely garbage servic . Went to exchange some cutrency waited nearly an hour. Then i googled the exchange rate. There was a fee of 7.8 percent which i was told was 10 dollars. Apparently that wasnt the case it was 10 dollars in addition to the 7.8 percent fee upon calculation. I said forget I want to cancel it and just go somewhere else at which point I was told the shipping label was printed so it can't be canceled. I worked for a company where we did shipping. A shipping label absolutely can be canceled so they flat out tried to just lie to me. I told them to just give me my cash and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

so i went to this branch for the first time. there's this indian lady who is so loud and trying to act as if she knows everybody who comes in and ask about their lives how's their kids and whatsoever as if she's a great help when all she do is talk loud and act superior. she keeps talking instead of doing her job!
