We had a great experience at Fields purchasing our new Wagoneer. Rene was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We went in a few weeks before we knew we'd actually purchase the vehicle and made it very clear to Rene that we weren't ready in that moment to make a decision. He was very knowledgable when answering our questions and wasn't pitching anything to us, he just answered our questions and was very personable. We really appreciated how he didn't smother us after we left the dealership, which says a lot. He knew that if we wanted to purchase the car we would and we didn't need to be asked every other day if we had made a decision (which happens a lot at other dealerships). He let us come to him when we were ready which was amazing. We did everything from home once we made our decision, only had to go in to sign the final paperwork and the car was clean and ready to go! We definitely recommend Fields Jeep! Thanks again, we love our new car.

Liz and Andrew were exceptional in their attention to the details. But more than that, they were personable and very understanding of what I wanted to experience with this new vehicle. And they provided that with their explanations of finance, amenities, and the overall focus on owning such a unique vehicle. It was a great experience.

Excellent service from the service department and was cost effective with knowing that I received quality service. But the cashier was not friendly at all. Didn't even say thank you after I paid for my repairs. Just brushed me aside and took the next person standing behind me. I handed her my credit card and she placed it on the paperwork and passed it to me. If your going to hire racist people. Don't have them interact with customer's.

Anything beyond oil changes and tire rotations you have to make an appointment which is usually month or so out. They tell you that you'll get reminders. You don't receive a reminder until 3 minutes before your appointment. The techs and service staff are great but getting in there is next to impossible.
Again the service staff are great, it's just the frustrating journey you have to go on to actually get your car worked on.

Great service department! Peter and Shannon are always very helpful and friendly. I had no trouble getting a loaner car when the party they needed was going to take some time to come in, and my car ended up being finished sooner than anticipated.

I love coming to get my vehicle serviced here. Marylyn gives me 5 star service every time. I love this dealership. I literally drive 1hr away from home to take my vehicle here, i pass several other Jeep dodge Chrysler dealerships just to go to this dealership. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work Marylyn, thank you for all your help.

Excellent service. First time at Fields, purchased a used Ram 1500 elsewhere. They were great. On time with appt, and quick with the oil change.

If you are in the market for a new car, you have to go to Adrian Botis at this Jeep dealership. He’s professional, kind, doesn’t force you into a decision, and is a fair salesman. I couldn’t recommend this dealership and Adrian enough! We walked away so excited for our new car. Thank you!!
