Charles Yi and his staff are by far the best in the Chicagoland area! I've dealt with so many other insurance agencies, but Charles and his staff surpass everyone! Don't waste your time searching for other insurance companies and just go straight to him!

Farmers was Helping us in getting us a new insurance Plan, and they were willing to take us and offered a new insurance, even though we Have Had Past vehicle Problems and some Previous insurance records, overall I was very satisfied with our new Plan

I made a new years resolution of cleaning up our insurance situation. Increases in premiums, various other things that I did not like meant that I needed to go shopping.Got quotes from around 10 companies (maybe more). Jake Aumuller from Farmers / Charles Yi agency was a pleasure to work with.Jake is responsive, professional, keeps track of issues, follows up, and goes above and beyond.Jake was able to find all types of discounts, and also shop around from the various under-writing divisions (Farmers / Met LIFE) under the Farmer's umbrella.Overall, I transitioned our insurance plans (condo, auto, etc) from two different providers into one single bundle under Farmers, and also save money.Went through many rounds of quoting with Jake. Considered various scenarios. At the end, not only was the new Farmer's portfolio cheaper, but also we increased coverages.I highly recommend Jake at Charles Yi agency and Farmer's. There are a lot of insurance providers out there, but I think Farmer's really quotes competitive rates, and does not bloat the coverage with unnecessary items.Thank you, Jake!
