This summer, I took a chance on my first solo cruise in June, which was a nine day cruise to the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. I was really nervous at first, but coordinating with family and friends who have different schedules can be challenging. So, I decided to go for it.
Julie Panzera, who helped my family plan our first cruise to the Bahamas August 2023, made the process smooth and enjoyable. For my solo trip, Julie ensured I had all the necessary documentation and was prepared for everything from port check-ins to onboard activities. Her help with planning and her tips for making the most of my cruise made the experience phenomenal. I surprised myself with how much I enjoyed it.
In July, I planned a seven day cruise Alaska, with Julie's assistance. Although I encountered a few bumps along the way, Julie guided me through the challenges and offered valuable advice. Her tips from my previous cruise helped me plan my itinerary effectively.
For my Alaska trip, I didn't disembark directly to the airport because my flight was at 10 PM. I did some research, used my Expedia credits to find activities in Seattle, and planned everything within walking distance from the port. I also figured out the best cost-efficient way to get to the airport. My last day in Seattle was amazing; I walked everywhere, explored interesting places like the gum wall, and tried new foods at the food market. I took a train to the airport for just $3.
With both cruises I met some phenomenal who were also solo travelers, it was amazing!!!!
Without Julie's support and encouragement, I don’t think I would have been as confident to travel solo. Now, having experienced solo travel, I don’t want to stop!!!

I spontaneously decided to take my daughter on a post high school graduation trip. We haven't done any major traveling since pre Covid. Grace was most professional, warm and patient with me, considering I had a bump in the road which slowed up what otherwise could have been a smooth process. She diligently worked to resolve my issue. She went above and beyond what should have been done considering I created the "bump"!!! It is times such as this experience, that makes me remember that there are still genuine, caring people out there who provide excellent customer service! For this, I am most grateful!

We had an amazing time on the Celebrity Solstice ship to Alaska!! Wanted to stay on the ship and go again. Highly recommend it. Paul answered a bunch of questions for me. Every time I called he called right back with the information i needed. Would recommend him!! We will call him again for our next trip for sure!

My experience on Royal Freedom of the seas was great it happened to be college spring break we had about 900 college students and the ship had about a total of 4000 passengers we all had a great time it was secure everyone behave well even at perfect Coco cay the only thing that I would comment on I did eat at the MDR one night it took about two hours to finished the dinner. The other three nights we ate at the buffet at the Windjammer it was a four nite cruise the food at the Windjammer was OK. I did not do specialty dining because I was expecting the Buffet and the MDR to be good. the rooms were beautiful. My husband and I went with a another couple. Overall it’s a beautiful ship we had a good time the shows were beautiful entertainment was great it was a very nice vacation. Thanks Paul from Expedia cruise for all your help.

We book our wedding cruise with them with Chris P. (according to the owner her being the best agent there) being our agent. I had a bad feeling about using her as our agent but went against it. My gut was right. From inaccurate information about when southwest was releasing their tickets to originally a Chris informing us that the hotel we working looking at was completed book yet when we called the following day we were able to block off 10 rooms for us and all our guests. And then Chris booked double rooms for hotel that she told me had no room. Chris canceled my in-laws handicap room on the ship and which almost made them unable to attend because of Carnival scooter rules. And because if this we had to rent a different scooter that was a lot more narrow to make it impossible for anyone handicapped to move around in the room. Chris did not take my Expedia info so that I would get rewards until I accused her of trying to get the rewards for herself. Paul, the owner, who rudely contacted me informing me of my choice of words. We were then assigned to Faith and she was nice but did not help us very much. Then all of sudden Chris started contacting us again did not brief us on any upgrades, changes, or events that were happening on our cruise. We missed out on email and phone calls that were communicated to Chris and Expedia cruises from Carnival, about our status of our upcoming cruise, that we were never made aware of until we contacted Carnival directly. We made a very strong relationship with someone at Carnival because of the amount of problems that Chris caused. I will never book with Paul again no matter what I am offered. My wedding almost became a disaster. When I book on Carnival again, I will only book through them directly.

We are avid cruisers and found Nicola and Jason extremely helpful for even experienced cruisers in finding the right cruises, the caveats and placing us on the right cruises to fit our personalities. The leveredge of a travel agency getting the same price of online and added perks.

I had the pleasure of Marcy's help to plan a trip for myself and my mother to Cancun. Marcy was aware that neither my mother or myself had ever been there before and had no idea where to start. She took great care to give us some options for an all inclusive resort. From the minute we departed the plane we were provided clear direction for transit to the resort and the resort exceeded our expectations! Marcy answered all questions and was responsive by email and telephone. I only hope I am able to work with her in the future for another trip!
