We got a delivery today from Emotional Bonding. The arrangement is quite dramatic; however the flowers and card reek of cigarette smoke. My wife carried the arrangement into the house and now she reeks of cigarette smoke too. Not a welcomed gift. Left a voicemail that has not yet been returned.

We had placed an order to be sent to a friend, who is now in hospice care. We chose an arrangement that we thought would bring him a joyful distraction from what he is going through. Unfortunately the arrangement that was sent, was not what we expected, since we were going by a photo on the website. We contacted, via E-mail, Emotional Bonding, and they responded in a very timely manner to our concerns. We explained what it was about the arrangement that we were not happy with. When they received the photo of the arrangement that had been sent, they understood what we were not happy with. The situation was quickly taken care of. All this was done in a very respectful manner. We appreciated being listened to and understood. We definitely recommend Emotional Bounding!?

Purchasing flowers for delivery is a little nerve wrecking because you really put all the hope in getting a pretty nice delivery delivered. How is it that my flowers could be dead in less than 24hrs upon getting delivered? The quality of these roses are terrible. Please go to a different floral shop near you. Very much disappointed. I had a dozen if not delivered to me along with carnations and only 4roses stayed standing everything else dead.

I received a ballon arrangement that reeked of smoke and had to be removed from our living quarters. One of the three balloons was partially deflated and after a couple of days all the balloons were on the floor. I called andLeft a message, but never received a call back.Very poor product, delivery and customer service.
