Saw Anh Ward yesterday to have her review my 3 policies (with another firm that sells direct). Her explanations were very clear, and I saved a substantial amount by switching all 3 policies to State Farm for equivalent or slightly better coverage.

My State Farm agency Del Vasey were wonderful steering me thru the process of what I needed to do and assisted me in finding place for car repairs after an accident. Also Enterprise called right away telling me they would meet me at whatever place that I selected for repairs and get a loaner car for me.
