Never coming back to any Courtyard because of our horrible experience.. THE LADY in the Food/Starbucks area is SUPER RUDE and makes us feel like it is our fault why we order a lot. She keeps apologizing to the guy next to us, as if because we are ordering a lot.. She makes a lot of very unprofessional and not needed remarks from of us.. we almost lost all our temper.. Imagine your server coming to you to tell you "here's your order, you just ordered right?" Also we wanted to exchange our fruit cup because the things says it is expired 7 days ago (or was made 7 days ago). It obviously didnt look great so we politely asked to get it exchanged. But she argued that it's not expired and we just simply "wanted more". Sorry but she doesn't have any business working in this place.. Definitely not advising to stay at this place for as long that lady is still there..

No hot water the two nights we stayed here. Bathroom had no ventilation. Mentioned it to front desk but it wasn't the staffs problem. It's a known issue and management don't care. They rather just have their young staff deal with upset and angry customers on their own. Couldn't see a single manager in sight while the other guest were upset with the young staffs. This hotel should be stripped away of their Marriot title. A hotel that charges you $200 a night without hot water is ridiculous. The courtyard, fireplace, and staff was great. How this hotel and management run it is just sad.

Service was really nice and the lobby and courtyard was beautiful, but the rooms need updating, especially the bathroom(wallpaper was quite stained).Nearby activities: Very close to the ice rink and delicious Asian restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past, and the front line staff was great. Yesterday, I had to precipitously leave as I had to be admitted to a hospital. The GM (An Indian woman whose name I am unsure off) was then helpful. She made sure to charge me the fee for the room last night despite not being able to stay there due to my admission. No compassion. Just a scumbag move. On top of that, she made absolutely sure I was charged an additional 25 dollars more from my first night there. It is a real shame too. I liked staying there until the greediness came into the equation. Secondary to this issue, I asked this GM about possibly holding the room, and letting me continue the reservation until next Wednesday, as I was not expected to be in the hospital more than a day or two. She would offer no reduced medical rate either. She then claimed that she could not extend the stay. Keep in mind that I was willing to pay. She claimed she had no rooms.Last night at the hospital I checked the Marriott site. They had rooms for the dates through next Wednesday. This GM is awful, and I will not go back to this hotel again.

Very nice staff and pretty convenient location, however the rooms are pretty dated so are the public areas. Could use a facelift or some TLC. Otherwise was very comfortable and quiet stay.

The hotel stay was fine but customer care was lacking and Elizabeth from the bistro wouldn't give me the slip with tip total and signiture on it so it makes me think she is stealing from customers

This hotel was absolutely atrocious. When we arrived, we were told that rooms would not be cleaned because of Covid, which was already slightly ridiculous, but it was fine with us. Afterwards, we requested that our sheets and towels be replaced while we were out, and they did not do that. That same night, we found bugs inside our beds, with one of them attaching to my father’s leg. We requested a room change, which was done inefficiently, and we were treated rudely during this. We left the next morning. I wouldn’t recommend this terrible hotel to my worst enemy.

My expectations for a Marriott Courtyard were for basic cleanliness and courtesy. We reserved May 9th for one night by calling the hotel directly. Our stay was for a funeral and I told the desk clerk we would add the extra nights at checkin since were didn’t know the plans. We added seven nights or so we thought. At 11:20pm on May 10th a loud knock on our door and voices shouting that we had to vacate the room. When my husband spoke through the door they demanded that we pass our credit card under the door. They had our AMEX number!I called the front desk and a woman named Cassandra said we only had one night reserved. We told her the lady with long blond hair who checked us in made the mistake because we added seven nights. This is long because the Marriott customer service agent at the toll free line pretended she couldn’t hear me.The room was not cleaned without our insistence, the Bistro was barely functional and the elevator was not working for our last three nights. They did comp our first night at checkout after my husband pointed out that we were charged twice for May 9.The place seems like a third world hotel. Marriott has lost our business and we will surely share this horror tale with everyone we know.

This location is great. Gym and pool are nice, rooms are clean, staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Such nice people. Only writing the review because the Indian night staff member Dwayne was such a nasty and threatening person and made me feel so unwelcome even after I’ve been staying here multiple nights. I’m extremely disappointed by his behavior and hope management will take note. The rest of the employees are the nicest and best I could’ve asked for. Thanks for the overall great stay.

Service- Specifically the lower staff is amazing, while the Manager can use some blessing. Maybe laying hands on. Seems as if she's knew and rude also. Wendy, Dunkin Donuts across the street. As well as Gas stations, grocery stores and plentiful places to eat within 15 yards of the hotel. Food variety is American and Eastern Asian cuisine.

I highly recommend this place! A bit more than I wanted to pay but was worth to feel safe, have clean place and friendly, accommodating staff. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and breakfast is a la carte. I didn't eat there or try Starbucks. I did try the pool - it was very clean-looking. The pool room was 75 degrees according to the thermostat but the water was much cooler - uncomfortably so for me. I just wanted to relax in the water but didn't enjoy the temp. Perhaps others do like it that way...so more of a personal preference. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Highly recommend.
