I find it extremely concerning that this woman does not allow clients inside. When you walk by the “business” there is potent odor coming from it. Additionally, the fencing is not properly placed. There are holes where small dogs could get in or out. The fencing in the front a dog could easily jump from.Whomever works the phone is hostile and rude. IF she answers… does not respond to text messages or voicemail/ voicemail is full l. - I don’t believe this is a real business.

The owner does not care about dogs , the dogs in the yard look very malnourished and dirty. She was also very uncommunicative and rude to me when i called.

my dog is aggressive and wasn’t great with groomers for quite a while, but Susan was extremely nice and took in my dog. She is very professional and was skilled enough to groom my dog very well!

Always took my Basset and Lhasa to Susan. Doing nails on a Basset is not easy!! She was thorough, kind and compassionate with both my dogs. Both are deceased now but when I read the negative reviews I wanted to let people know that is inconsistent with my experience.

The person I talked to on the phone was extremely unprofessional. I was hung up on just asking questions about the grooming services. If somebody who runs a business is that rude to the paying customer, how would they treat the animals they work on?

Susan is caring, kind and does a great job grooming! She's very connected with my pet's personality. My dog had been injured previously and was very timid and in pain , Susan showed such compassion and was so gentle with her, my dog left completely new and improved! We're all so grateful for Susan at Clipper's Edge!

We had been bringing both of our Silky Terriers to Susan for about 7 years. She does a wonderful job of grooming. We had been to other groomers (3 different ones in 6 years, one of which is out of business in Glenview, and doesn't surprise me), and we never were as pleased as when we went to Clippers Edge. Susan is such a gentle and thorough groomer. When Sammie passed away 4 years ago, we continued to bring Casey and again were never unsatisfied. Also, Susan is so accommodating as to when to bring them in. And they are always ready when she says what time to pick them up. I just wish I knew about her when we first got the girls as puppies. Anyway, I recommend her highly to anyone looking for grooming for their pets. You won't regret it!
