Recently purchased a new vehicle and opted to have the front end wrapped in PPF (Paint Protection Film). After just a few minutes of searching it was pretty obvious that Chicago Auto Pros was the place to go. Dom and the guys were extremely professional and made the entire process both seamless and effortless. Looking forward to future visits.

After another business couldn’t complete the job, I knew it was time for the pros. They can be a bit higher in cost but you seriously get perfection.
Dom was especially helpful and walked me through the entire process. He is an asset to the team.
Car scratches came off, PPF was applied perfectly, and they helped me understand what after-care should look like with a handy folder.
This is truly a 5-star establishment!

They did a superior job with my 2023 Rav4, first by removing a poorly installed tint, and replacing it with a 70% ceramic tint on the windshield. I appreciated that they listened to my concerns, having had a negative experience with the prior installation. I was in and out of there in about three hours. Would highly recommend.

This is not a review of their work product but the customer service. I found these guys via youtube. I stopped by the shop recently to get an idea of who I might be working with to get a PPF on my new car. When I arrived the shop was clearly busy with many cars being worked on. Things seems very organized and clean. One person at the front desk was a younger guy, I believe his name is Dom. I patiently waited for him to finish with his phone call and inquired about getting PPF installed on my car. I asked about the cost and materials that would be used. After receiving an estimate of over $13k (without ceramic coating) to get my new $85k car done you would think more care and patience would be put into the conversation. I left my visit to the shop feeling like I was a burden to him for asking questions about the process and the film that they use (evidently they make their own brand of PPF) which is "similar to XPEL." While I understand that the Northshore might have loads of extremely wealthy clientele who are not concerned about dropping over $10k on PPF - I am not one of them. I care for my car and look at these types of services as an investment. For whatever it's worth, I found another shop out of state who also had very thorough youtube videos of their work product. I spoke to the owner on the phone and agreed to ship my car over 600 miles there and back. All in it still cost me less than what it would have cost me at Chicago auto pros. Take away here is: make sure to shop around and providing top notch customer service when asking people to spend thousands on a service is required.

Had my accord tinted, along with stage 3 correction and ceramic coating. They restored a drive through car wash battered black car into better than factory inside and out. They even made a pretty large door ding on my passenger side seem like it never happened. Absolutely amazing service and professionalism from the advisors Dom and A.J. To the techs that worked on my vehicle. 11/10 service

Took my Genesis G70 in for the full vehicle surround 1-layer ceramic tint package. Dropped off my car at 8am and it was ready by 4pm same day, and the tint looks factory installed - not a single air bubble or imperfection on any of the windows. You get what you pay for - professional work - and the lifetime warranty on the tints is a nice bonus. Shout out to Dom and the team for great communication and service! It's clear that the whole team here takes real pride in what they do. Awesome experience start to finish!

I loved the experience with everyone that I talked to at the Glenview location ever body was very nice & helpful had some great conversation. Also Ben I believe was my tint guy & he did a great job just waiting for everything to dry. Traveled from Milwaukee Wi just to get it done & that is because of the great reviews & the experience so I definitely will be telling everyone about you guys & will see you guys in the future for other things.

I couldn't be more pleased with the full window tint I got on my new car at Chicago Auto Pros Glenview. They explained all the details I needed to know, did excellent work, and gave me a great price to boot! I would highly recommend them!
