“We recently ordered a custom rug from Rexx Rug and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. After visiting a number of carpet stores we were feeling very discouraged in our search. Most sales associates were aggressive and offered us little to no options within our budget. They either tried to push something more expensive or ignored us altogether. That was not the case at Rexx Rug. Josh approached us and asked what we were looking for and then offered us A TON of options that fell within our price range. He let us sift through the samples at our leisure and even sent us home with some swatches to check the colors in our space. Once we found a pattern we loved, we stopped back in to place the order. Josh took the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and even discounted the delivery fee to keep us within the initial budget we gave him. The rug arrived and it turned out b-e-a-utiful. Josh even called us after the delivery to make sure we were happy with everything before completing the final payment. “I recently had a flood in my house and several of my rugs I thought were complete ruined. I emailed pictures to get their opinion and they told me they could not guarantee that all of the color run and furniture stains would come out. I looked at the video online and saw that the process was far Superior from other companies videos after getting the rugs back two of the three rugs came out perfect and the third one improved by over 90%. They even re-cleaned the last rug for me at no charge to see if they could improve it. I was extremely happy, especially since they did not make any guarantees before cleaning the rugs.Mathew Klujian & Sons is definitely the first room cleaning company I've ever used.(Thank you Haig & Elida)”
“The two Installers that worked tirelessly and professionally for over eight hours installing 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway and stairs. They were efficient, clean, and quiet. They moved the furniture in all the rooms quite smoothly and without damage. They did not create any damage to the newly painted walls and baseboards. I am very pleased with their work. I am also pleased with Karen who sold me the carpet. She worked, phoned, met in person numerous times to help find the perfect carpet type, color, and texture. She made excellent suggestions based on my needs. I felt the price of this project was excellent, so much so that I didn't need to shop around. I had knowledge of carpet pricing from previous projects. I will use Luna again when I am ready to do the first floor, next.”
