Here are the facts...
Communication with this team is non-existent.
Professionalism is extremely low
Steve Roth was my first point of contact here. He was extremely unprofessional and inefficient. He told me at one point that I was “wasting his time” after selecting the exact car I wanted to purchase and doing his job for him.
Do yourself favour and drive past this dealership.
Give your business to somebody who understands respect and honesty.

Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Terrible service. No one cares to help if you have issues. They don't follow through with their dealer warranty. They don't even check the car for the issues you explain you're having. God forbid you do have something wrong with your car and you purchased from here, don't come back to service your vehicle here because they will over price every part. Labor costs are insane compared to other places you can go. In summary, if you buy from here, please proceed with caution!!

Easy, no hard sell. Very pleasant experience. Love my new Explorer. Had a very interesting test drive, happily Danny Sakolsky has a great sense of humor. Danny made me feel comfortable and in control with buying my new car. Excellent! Also, we have bought many cars at Bredmann, including my 90 year old aunt who was treated with respect. Made everything very easy for her.
