I had a terrible experience with Tinted Unlimited in Glenview, Illinois. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 AM to get the windows tinted on my Toyota Rav 4, but nobody bothered to show up for the first 30 minutes. This complete lack of punctuality is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Definitely a terrible gas station. AJ has no customer service ability and probably needs to be retrained to interact with customers correctly. Very rude and unprofessional. I would say get your gas and other services elsewhere because you won’t have a pleasant or even a mediocre experience here.

AJ is incredibly rude and always on his phone yelling. A man came in asking for help and he disregarded him before telling the customer he’s the manager. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years because I like the way they clean. The weather has been raining/freezing going into the holiday season, so I wasn’t able to come in. I called and asked if I could get an extension on the car wash and was told yes. I come and in and give AJ the ticket as he’s on the phone. After a few minutes, he yells at me in front of another customer saying he needs $10 more for the car wash to be valid. I explained I spoke to someone prior and he yells at me that it wasn’t him to which I said they didn’t give me a name. I like this car wash but I will never come back here again. I see now why they’re loosing their car washing business to Capital Car Wash. Not once have any of the cashier here been nice/attentive.

I bought a gas tank for the grill except that is 30$ it is leaking gas from the tank valve and they don’t want to exchange it

Indian person works there steal your money if didn’t count your money right there. I trusted and didn’t count my money change then finally find out asked him he was screaming if you didn’t call me stealer I was trying to your money back. What is the mean?He agreed he took but don’t want to give it back.

PUBLIC WARNINGThey sell fake vapes. They are not real vape devices, they are tampered with or reproduced by someone else. DO NOT BUY THEIR VAPES.The photos are a comparison of 2 cherry frost vapes. The brown one is the fake and if you look underneath the build is different as well.They taste strange and should not be used!I would like my money back.DO NOT BUY THEIR VAPE DEVICES.

Workers at this car wash stole a $50 gift card right out of my cup holder. I confronted the workers immediately and they denied it, management was no help either.

Feels like a hand wash spot, even though it's not. Spent a lot of time getting the car nice and clean, and sometimes had a few guys working on it. Comfortable waiting area, and an outside patio as well. I'll be back, and live nowhere in the area.

Car wash is terrible, they don’t vacuum right, they don’t wipe the interior, this time after many attempts to give them credit I’m not gone come back . Waste of money.
