“Keep in mind they service exotics and charge a lot for it.First repair on my first mclaren had swirled paint that needed to be repainted. But they also found money under my floor mat and notified me instead of keeping it. Kind of them.Second repair on my second mclaren it sat in the shop a month, they wouldn’t even look at it until they had an adjuster on it but also didn’t want to call the adjuster to set up an inspection.I initiated the inspection with the adjuster after waiting for them to do so and they were good about communicating with him.One complication with my case was that initially I wanted a claim through State Farm but then switched through Geico once I learned new info about the accident. Once I switched to Geico they made no attempt to contact Geico in several weeks.I then towed to perillo collision and within a week they had contacted the adjuster torn it apart and marked it as totaled.If you feel this review is unfair please respond and I will change it.”

“I went in for an estimate due to being sideswipe, which prevented my car door from opening. I didn’t get the guy name that helped me, however he fixed my car so that my car door would open, free of charge. I was shocked and extremely grateful. I have prior damage from an accident and I’m waiting on the insurance check. When I receive it, I will be bringing my car to this shop. Thank you for helping me today.”
