“Keep in mind they service exotics and charge a lot for it.First repair on my first mclaren had swirled paint that needed to be repainted. But they also found money under my floor mat and notified me instead of keeping it. Kind of them.Second repair on my second mclaren it sat in the shop a month, they wouldn’t even look at it until they had an adjuster on it but also didn’t want to call the adjuster to set up an inspection.I initiated the inspection with the adjuster after waiting for them to do so and they were good about communicating with him.One complication with my case was that initially I wanted a claim through State Farm but then switched through Geico once I learned new info about the accident. Once I switched to Geico they made no attempt to contact Geico in several weeks.I then towed to perillo collision and within a week they had contacted the adjuster torn it apart and marked it as totaled.If you feel this review is unfair please respond and I will change it.”

“I am so glad someone told me to go to this Lexus! I just moved back from California, and my check BSM system light came on. Everything went really smoothly from scheduling to leaving. Kevin helped me out immediately and then Jeff provided excellent care to make sure I knew exactly what would need to be done. They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have any surprises or pay for anything unnecessarily. They also have very clean and well maintained facilities. Their waiting area includes a cafe that appeared to be all complimentary. From coffee to snacks and sandwiches. What a great Lexus dealership. “I brought in my 2018 Honda Odyssey for my front bumper fix. I hit a rock and completely teared my front bumper off and also ripped the fog light and turn signal wires. So the entire front bumper plus electrical works needed to be replaced. Thank god I found the Car Studio based on other good reviews! Stan the owner is honest and responsible. He quoted me $1K LESS than other body shops around the area for the job. He delivered my car within the timeframe he estimated with beautiful results! My car was like brand new afterwards and it looked like the accident had never happened! He also went above and beyond try to save me money. He explained that the electrical works Honda quoted him would add an additional $700 labor cost on top of his estimates but he was able to find a junior electrician for the job and he did not charge me a dime extra! Highly recommend The Car Studio!! You can rest assure that you will get the perfect results with honest pricing.”

The needed part was back-ordered but Ketan, my service advisor kept calling every couple of days to keep me informed which I really appreciated.
