301 Waukegan Rd, Glenview“This was my second experience at Jennings Volkswagen, and both of them were first rate. It's easy to set up an appointment if you wish, and when I arrived 3 people immediately came to greet me and find a salesman to work with me.
I had already viewed their website and had a couple vehicles I was interested in. My sales rep George went over the vehicle with me, answered my questions, took me on the test drive, and was available to answer questions throughout the process. I did end up buying a car from them that day.
I felt their pricing was very fair and they offered slightly more than I had wanted for my trade. The finance manager was efficient, and not at all pushy with add ons. The car I purchased was 8 years old so I did end up buying a 5 year warranty from them at an extremely good price.
I would definitely recommend putting Jennings Volkswagen high on your list of dealers to check out if you're in the market for a new or used car.”

I didn’t get the guy name that helped me, however he fixed my car so that my car door would open, free of charge. I was shocked and extremely grateful. “We had a great experience at Fields purchasing our new Wagoneer. Rene was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We went in a few weeks before we knew we'd actually purchase the vehicle and made it very clear to Rene that we weren't ready in that moment to make a decision. He was very knowledgable when answering our questions and wasn't pitching anything to us, he just answered our questions and was very personable. We really appreciated how he didn't smother us after we left the dealership, which says a lot. He knew that if we wanted to purchase the car we would and we didn't need to be asked every other day if we had made a decision (which happens a lot at other dealerships). He let us come to him when we were ready which was amazing. We did everything from home once we made our decision, only had to go in to sign the final paperwork and the car was clean and ready to go! “Keep in mind they service exotics and charge a lot for it.First repair on my first mclaren had swirled paint that needed to be repainted. But they also found money under my floor mat and notified me instead of keeping it. Kind of them.Second repair on my second mclaren it sat in the shop a month, they wouldn’t even look at it until they had an adjuster on it but also didn’t want to call the adjuster to set up an inspection.I initiated the inspection with the adjuster after waiting for them to do so and they were good about communicating with him.One complication with my case was that initially I wanted a claim through State Farm but then switched through Geico once I learned new info about the accident. Once I switched to Geico they made no attempt to contact Geico in several weeks.I then towed to perillo collision and within a week they had contacted the adjuster torn it apart and marked it as totaled.If you feel this review is unfair please respond and I will change it.”
