Sales people and managers lie about everything related to their cars that are for sale. Just to mislead you and sell their car to you any way they can. They call themselves “specialist” but pretend to be pretty stupid. This has happened multiple times with different people. How can I ever trust people like that and build future relationships? Very disappointed.

I rarely put into words my service thoughts, but the service at Aston Martin on my new Levente was so below what I would expect of any car dealer not a high end vehicle one. My car was towed this last Monday evening to the dealer as it did not start. I was told that day when i went to dealer that the most likely receive it back tomorrow if it was something as simple as a charge. The next day no call. Called them and the service advisot assured me they would get to it the next day by 2pm. Next day passed nothing, my emails went unanswered called again. Didn't get to it for sure the next day by noon. The next day at 3PM receive a call a call and the issue was a battery charge a 10 minute problem as I could see from my mobile App that the car was moved just the hour prior into service. No loaner offered, no regard as to how I would get around. Just happy I was able to receive my 3 month old car back.Now I understand why Maserati does not sell well against Audi, Mercedes and others its a dealer network that deals with customers in a manner that shows little regard for safety and little regard for equity and involvement.

Unbelievable best experience we have had buying a car. Ester is the best person to assist you! She went above and beyond helping us especially for our 6 hour drive from Cleveland. Wes and Dominik made the purchase seamless and perfect. The entire dealership makes you feel like family. What more could you ask for.

I've been searching for the Aston Martin DBX truck for a few months. I actually wanted to make the purchase for my birthday Feb 2023, so I started researching the car early. I looked the car up on Car Guru, and they started reaching out to me. The salesman Bany, then finance Mgr Ed. I scheduled my appointment and went in. They only work off of appointments. So I went in, test drove it, loved it and bought it. Closed out with the Director Wes, he is SUPER cool!!!! Everyone was nice and friendly, and I'm glad they made this happen early for my bday.

Dominick, Jack and the whole crew were true to their word and provided me with the focus and attention I needed to made a decision at my own pace. I’d recommend sharing your cell with them because texting the crew there made it easy to coordinate test drives, inspections, and closing. I was impressed with their ability to structure a deal that was was fair and met my needs. Thanks guys ??

The glenview team is amazing especially there salesman Banypal he takes care of his customers and his commitment to making sure that the customer is always taken care of is always above and beyond I come to Aston Martin glenview because they treat me right and if there’s any place to buy a car this is the best place thank you guys.

Purchased a 2121 BMW X7. My salesman Dimitri was outstanding. I had already ordered a Lotus from him. He went out of his way to get deal done so we could take car for July 4th weekend. Everything was perfect. Ryan is finance was also outstanding. In and out quickly. One of the best purchases Ive had. Highly recommend. Be back at end of year for my Lotus.

Professional and friendly staff. Went in to test drive a low mileage pre-owned DB9. We called the night before and then came in the next day or a few days later.The car sold in that time but they didn’t hesitate to put us behind the wheel of a brand new V8 Vantage and actually put together a pretty compelling lease option.I wound up going a different direction, but still have an Aston on my list so I’ll be back at some point.

Had my Lotus serviced that Glenview for years but, but now purchased an Aston. The professionalism and attention to detail was amazing. They made the numbers work and had me out the door in less that 2 hours with an amazing car. Thanks again.

Went to look at a G-Wagon on the lot and decided to peruse some of the front offerings. Salesperson walks past, I say hello and get glared at and passed up as he walks inside. Every time I have visited I have been met with very cold and disrespectful salespeople. Any perspective customer would be better off going to Continental Maserati or any other Aston dealer in Chicagoland.

SCAM ALERT DONT BUY FROM HERE.I purchase a 750i and after 3 day had a coolant leak. at first the sales personDemetri didn't wanted to return my calls. they finally say they fix it.a month later i am still going thru the same issue. coolant leak.now they don't answer my calls I left a few voice mails and no answer back.at this point. will start a claim with BBB.please beware of this dealer they seems like they scam people.THE CAR STILL UNDER WARRANTY TERMS AND THEY JUST DONT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
