Item came much sooner than expected and arrived without any issues due to how well it was packaged. It’s a beautiful Sicilian Moorish head vase that I will enjoy seeing every day. A lovely piece of pottery with or without flowers in it. Will not hesitate to purchase from this seller. Lovely store and staff.

Wonderful organization! I needed a lid for my biscotti jar that I purchased from them about 25 years ago. After searching for just a few days they found one and it was shipped. The price a very reasonable too. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again!!!

I cannot express how awesome this company is. Me and my siblings have purchased a bunch of the deruta hand painted ceramics for our mom. She has fallen in love with this stuff. The products are rivaled by none. The craftsmanship is truly amazing. The customer service couldn't be better. I emailed on my last order to explain I had ordered the piece for a birthday and that I was worried about it not showing up on time because of all the backups with USPS. Just hoping to get it into the mail quickly. The owner emailed me an hour later telling me how much he appreciated my business and that he would be mailing my stuff outside of the USPS. Just for the occasion at no cost to me... The world is seriously lacking for people like this ...if I could give them 10 STARS I absolutely would.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered the wrong plate by mistake and called to see if anything could be done, not expecting anything. The woman who helped me fixed the issue immediately and was so kind. Not only that, it was shipped the next day and was carefully wrapped. In the box was a letter from the owners along with catalogs and coupons, a very nice touch. I will definitely be making future purchases from here.
