We recently purchased a new TV and were fortunate to have Josh Hoffman deliver and install it. He is top notch and it’s clear that he’s an expert in his field. Josh spent time ensuring that we fully understood the features of our new TV and patiently walked us through all the new components. We’re very pleased with our purchase and thanks to Josh, feel comfortable navigating the latest functionality.

After so many years and 100’s of thousand s of dollars in business, I hate to say this but as far as their service people as of late there is something seriously wrong. They seem very unhappy, not a smile on their face at all, I dont know if they are unionized and being paid fairly, but it sucks seeing unhappy people arrive to your location, makes you feel like you are somehow at fault.. I have had to call 4 x to fix a dishwasher cause installers did not install a new supply hose and drain line that I paid for, I have repeatedly told them I need a new hose there is something stuck in the old one. I changed water valve myself and there is all new copper piping in building, I was met with such hostility by a Jessica in the call center. What is all our business worth nothing? I have only complained about this dishwasher nothing else, and was met with such pushback, really disappointed, its a dishwasher for godsake..What can I say? Maybe ask your workers what it is they want to be happier? is it more money, a part of the business in stock options so they feel more part of it. I dont know.

Highly suggest using ABT. Such an easy process purchasing online and the delivery was on time/very professional people.Be sure to do your research also - they price match which was awesome! I'm a Costco member and found a cheaper price. I provided proof and ABT matched it. :)

My only complaint is that they don’t have a store in San Diego because nobody does it like Abt.Knowledge, professional associates at competitive prices.

I hadn't visited Abt ever, and boy, was I surprised on my first visit. I was wowed at the variety of household items in the store. We also appreciated the fresh baked, yummy cookies! We quickly found the Flexsteel loveseats we wanted to look at. We ordered two new loveseats that were due mid to late June. We received them less than 1 month from order date! As a veteran, I appreciate that Abt offers a military discount. The delivery team was awesome! They were very respectful of our house, including wearing shoe covers!

Excellent experience, everything done just as they said. Delivery crew could not have been better, hard workers and really knew their stuff. Thanks so much. New refrigerator, put kitchen fridge in basement and removed old basement fridge.

This was an exceptional pressure-free shopping experience! No joke, this place is awesome!! Everyone is kind, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. The Manager Tom and my Sales guy Greg were great! I didn’t feel like just another customer. I couldn’t recommend ABT more! There’s no store like it!

Abt always does an amazing job, from sales to installation and support, but this trip was even better, if that is possible. Amina was outstanding to work with to get a replacement over-stove microwave. She provided wonderful insight and seamlessly upsold us into a model with more modern features even though our original was still an option. She quickly understood our buying style and matched our need for the bullet points while being super personable and interactive. Amina is an asset, and we’ll be looking to work with her in the future if we need anything (though we hope we won’t, no offense).We just had it installed, and that took less than half an hour from truck arrival to departure.
