I recently completed a P40 challenge program, and it was incredibly rewarding. The workouts were varied, challenging, and designed to help you progress without feeling repetitive. The nutrition and meal planning was convenient and easy to follow. Most importantly, supportive coaches and community kept me motivated, and the focus on both exercise and nutrition helped me make lasting changes.
The program pushed me to achieve great results, and the visible improvements in my fitness kept me going. It’s the perfect mix of physical challenge and positive motivation—highly recommended if you're looking for real results and a supportive environment!

This is truly the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. I have learned so much about myself, my fitness and my nutrition. The Patriot 40 challenge didn’t feel like a strict, deprivation diet. It was information to make choices that positively influence your lifestyle. In 40 days I’m down 5 lbs, 4% body fat and up 2 lbs of muscle. Thank you to the coaches and the community for always showing up for each other!

Best fitness center I have ever been a part of and here is why:
Coaches/Staff – Can’t say enough about this group. Their knowledge, passion, friendliness and focus on form are off the charts. They get to know everyone by name, make you feel part of the community and push you to be better each and every day.
Community – They have created something special that it’s hard to put into words. People need to test drive it to understand it. It’s a place where the coaches/people push & encourage each other to become better together. An environment where you compete with yourself, not others.
Challenging -Every day the workout is different and challenging. They have built a system where it never gets boring or redundant. Their strength/stamina formula pushes you to the point when the workout is over, you feel a huge sense of accomplishment. That’s a great way to either start or finish your day.
Results- Though all the categories above are incredibly important, results tend to be the big barometer to stick with a fitness program. I started going to 104010 a little over a year ago with not a lot of expectation. I am amazed at my improvements in muscle gain, endurance and flexibility.
104010 is truly one of the highlights of my day.

It has been a couple of months since I’ve been part of the 10.40.10 community. I am so glad that I found this gym that truly wants to empower everyone to be a better version of themselves. Initially I started off with few classes per week and as weeks went by, I started to go in more often building consistency that the workout sessions have become part of my lifestyle and amazed to see changes in me. The coaches are incredibly supportive, ensuring we push ourselves and provide clear guidance. I am grateful for all the people around me that gives the sense of community and motivates you to be better together. ?

I joined early September. This morning I was not feeling it, but i had already signed up for class and not going in was not an option. I still made it in. I keep saying just take it one day at a time. Really loving my experience here. It’s been so uplifting, and completely different from anything else I’ve tried. It keeps me grounded and honest. Thank you! ???? Coaches are extremely helpful! I also received a lot of support from members as were pushing though workouts. It’s something you just have to try out for yourself. Doesn’t matter what level of fitness you’re in, program is design to help you grow.

Came here early January from another excellent gym and felt right at home. Staff is very responsive and skilled at addressing individual issues as far as movement. Gotten very popular recently and managing increased attendance well.

I discovered this gym through a friend, and honestly it has been the best experience! All the coaches are great motivators, and extremely helpful. I was quickly welcome by members with lots of friendly faces. I would say give it a try and experience for yourself. Its more than just a workout!

I have been working out for years. I am 65 years old and 104010 has been the answer for my fitness. Each class has an outstanding coach who challenges you to form, safety and encouragement to move up in weights. Ladies weights are the answer. I can't say enough great things about 10 40 10. A friend suggested I come check out a class with her this summer and I've been hooked ever since. The coaches are top notch, giving lots of feedback, encouragement and advice. The members are super friendly and helpful, even at 5am! The workouts are challenging and what your body needs..I have noticed great changes in the short time I've been a member. Check it out!
