Second day calling as I was on hold for over 10 minutes yesterday for nobody to answer and continue placing you on hold until In continues to ring and magically disconnects.Called today and never a live human they are awful!

Wish I could give 0. I am in the waiting line right now. I know I’ll be here for a good half hour just to get a script. If you call you’ll likely wait a good 15min then magically you get disconnected. No joke this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. For the drive thru you’ll probably get excited when you finally get to the window. Be prepared to wait 10min just at the window before getting any service. Might as well plan a day to get script here.Ok - so for fun I jumped out of the car pool line and ran into the store. Same deal - the line was insanely long. I got excited yet again to see my wife pull up but thought I might have a chance to get the scripts first. She actually got them before me. I wasn’t holding up the line by the way - I left promptly and wised everyone well.My total time to get 2 Rxs was 25min at the drive thru. Amazing!I

Horrible service. Not truthful with customers on status of prescription. Enjoys watching customers who are frustrated and provokes them. Does not care about a human, would rather see them dead. Asst. Manager of store said to post on social media, they don’t care.

I don't normally give bad reviews but when I do it's to this pharmacy. My Insulin refill was canceled for no reason and then I had to reorder to find out they are out of stock 3 days later after being promised to have it no later then Monday. No notice of any kind and when I called in to voice my concern, it was basically too bad so sad. Who needs Insulin to survive anyways??

It's understandable to have long wait times being short staffed, but it's absolutely unacceptable to keep people on hold for twenty minutes and then just disconnect. Try having some compassion and empathy. The phone was picked up and placed on mute then disconnected two minutes later. A simple can you please hold and not hangup on someone is all you needed to do.

Writing this from my car at the Walgreens drive through. This might be the slowest pharmacy in existence. I’ve now been in the “quick” drive through pickup line for almost 60 minutes. Only one more car to go. The last one took 10 minutes, the person in front of me has been sitting at the window for at least 5.

The worst Walgreens when it comes to pharmacy! Had a script from noon, came at 6pm and it wasn’t ready! Told me to pick up tomorrow like it’s no big deal when I’m going on vacation the next morning! I said I cannot and need it before my vacation. The pharmacist said he’s 60 prescriptions behind ??♀️ maybe they should hire more people? Or hurry up! I had to wait a full hour!Forget about calling! Was on hold for an hour. Lady in line said same thing! Wasn’t happy either with Walgreens. Was waiting in line for 30 minutes easily (in the store) before even getting to speak to the pharmacy tech at the register.This is a disaster! Not pleasant either. Go to a different chain; that’s what I’ll be doing!

If I could give this Walgreens a zero I really would !! My prescription was ordered to this Walgreens on army trail and glen ellyn on Tuesday the 13 I’m at the drive thru dec 21 and it’s still not ready! No phone calls no email no notice warning or telling me how they don’t have my prescription ready !! They close the drive thru at 7 the other day the man in the pharmacy had closed at 6:30… my medication is important to me! This is the most unprofessional Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been too! Do urself a favor go to carol stream pharmacy a few min down !! And they are open 24/7!!

I’m going to be reporting this Walgreens. I called two days ago and was told they had my prescription in stock and they would fill it, followed up the next day still not filled, so I wait. Can’t get thru on the phone so I had to drive all the way to the Walgreens yesterday. I came an hour or so before close and they still didn’t have it!! The lead pharmacist said give him 20 minutes, at this point it’s 6:30. I came back in at 6:50 and he says it’s not going to be ready u til tomorrow now and then claimed he never said to wait 20 minutes and if I didn’t get a text it wasn’t ready. I’ve been SO patient for this. I have not had this medication for at least two months because of back orders. I finally get my doctor to transfer it to a Walgreens that has my prescription in stock and they’re screwing me over. I should NEVER have to wait three days for a prescription that’s in stock and I’ve called multiple times for. The pharmacist here needs to be fired! I will 100% will be reporting this Walgreens. This is unacceptable.

Tried getting a prescription filled for nearly a week. I would check the app only to see that they kept marking it delayed. When I called the pharmacy I was placed on hold for 30 mins, then it rang 50 times, then hung up on me. Same thing right after. When I did get through the woman I spoke to was very rude. I get it, you're busy and possibly understaffed, but don't take that out on me. Prior prescriptions I had sent to this location always popped up as an insurance issue. I eventually found out that they had multiple insurance cards on my one account. I've had the same insurance for nearly 13 years, so who knows where the others came from. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I ended up canceling the order and placed it with a different Walgreens and it was ready in less than 24 hours.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. They have tried to give me generic several times when it is noted on my account not to. It takes for ever to pick up prescriptions and trying to reach them via phone is horrible. Lately they are sending approval request to a doctor I have not seen in over 2 years. I have a current doctor that orders my prescriptions.

Illiterate Pharmacist. She doesn't understands the quantities prescribed by the Dr office even after Nurse explained to her over the call multiple times. Never seen such a illiterate pharmacist anywhere in US.

Had a horrible experience at the Walgreens on Lake and Springfield a week ago when I went for my flu shot. Decided to come here for my Covid booster. Very pleasant staff and minimal waiting time. Thank you to all.
