I take HRT and struggle to get needles from pharmacies due to supply issues and bias from pharmacists. This pharmacy treated me with dignity and helped me get the supplies I need, that's 5 star service.

Simply HORRIBLE PHARMACY. They yell at customers, store manager is clueless on service. This place would rather see a customer hang themselves out of frustration than provide service. Avoid taking calls. Hold time is ridiculous

This location is catastrophic they will never answer your calls, their drive through is always closed, they work only until 7 pm, and they take forever to have your prescriptions ready

Pharmacy is poorly managed and operated. Have only used the pharmacy twice this year, today was the last straw for poor service. Walgreens was never this way, maybe this specific location needs an employee swap out at all levels

Honestly I recently moved into the area so I switch to this location for my go to pharmacy. I have never had so many issues getting refills yet alone dealing with the most rudest people. Especially the pharmacist. Thankfully their is ONE girl that has been so helpful. But the pharmacy as a whole is just very sad. Trust me I wish my children did not have to rely on medication. But they do. Doesn’t help when the pharmacist are rude and unhelpful. I leave this place so upset every time. Feeling like I’m an inconvenience to them.

Tried getting a prescription filled for nearly a week. I would check the app only to see that they kept marking it delayed. When I called the pharmacy I was placed on hold for 30 mins, then it rang 50 times, then hung up on me. Same thing right after. When I did get through the woman I spoke to was very rude. I get it, you're busy and possibly understaffed, but don't take that out on me. Prior prescriptions I had sent to this location always popped up as an insurance issue. I eventually found out that they had multiple insurance cards on my one account. I've had the same insurance for nearly 13 years, so who knows where the others came from. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I ended up canceling the order and placed it with a different Walgreens and it was ready in less than 24 hours.

I have had it with this walgreens and any walgreens all together. This location has pushed me to my limits! The pharmacy is out of stock on EVERYTHING. ALWAYS. They are under staffed ALWAYS. Once again another common prescription of mine was out of stock and the pharmacist tech actually told me that she can't call around to another location because she's the only one there all day. HEY WALGREENS CORPORATE- here's a thought- hire!!!! Im so over this place. I'm moving my script to CVS. I'm done with you people.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens around. I had a 10:30 AM appointment for my mother, who is on supplemental oxygen, and is very high risk for Covid complications, to receive her bivalent vaccine. I purposely filled out all the paperwork in advance online so that we would not have to spend any extra time there. When we arrived, they did not have any of the information. Moreover, I waited for 30 minutes for them to "Print" the forms for me to fill out. I informed them that my mother was on mobile oxygen that was running low and they could not have cared less! They moved at a glacial pace!

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They lose prescriptions, promise to call you back on a problem then don't and they just generally don't seem to care!

I stopped at Walgreens for a flu shot. While waiting, patiently just standing at the desk, each tech and the pharmacist didn't even make eye contact as they walked by continuing their tasks. It was understandable, they were obviously busy. I continued to wait, not saying anything just standing. When the pharmacist looks over at me and says, "she'll be with you in a minute you can stop staring at me now." It was 100% unnecessary and unprovoked. I had just finished a long day working with special needs children, stopped in to squeeze in my flu shot for their protection, while on my way home to my own children, I am visibly tired, and she felt it necessary to be rude. Do better Walgreens.
