I have been using Tuffy’s services since I got my first car in 2021 and have stuck with them ever since. It’s very clear how much they value customer loyalty, and the prices have been great! They are always good at keeping the customer in the know and are very trustworthy. Ever since Rich started working at this location, my experience got even better! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. My car has been able to stay happy and healthy thanks to Tuffy!

These guys did a great job!!! The owner is very knowledgeable and "hands on" when needed. When I drove by later in the day the owner was still there 2 1/2 after they had closed fixing a customers car. The staff also seems to work very well together. Thanks!

Got my grandsons car repaired so I would not have to worry about him being safe. A little bit more than expected, but he has a brand new old car, that will hopefully, last another 5 years. Rich did a fantastic job!! Will always recommend the shop for anyone to get a quality job done for a fair price.

I got my oil changed here recently. Rich and Christian were awesome.The service was great and the price was great. They did what I asked for and didn’t try and sell me a bunch of stuff I don’t need. They did make recommendations for my car and the miles. I will definitely go back for my car care needs.

Quick service accurate diagnostic testing! Rich and Christian and the rest of the team were great and I am glad I brought my car here anywhere else is dishonest and doesn’t let you see what the issue is. The men at Tuffy’s 100% walk you through everything from start to finish and if there are any other issues they will let you know and they help you make an informed decision on how to move forward or how long you potentially have on said part. I took my car for emissions testing and it failed, who would have thought a 2008 would still matter?I'm from the city and slowly getting used to the burbs, the mechanics that are referred through the emissions program are literally 2 minutes down the street.These guys took the car in on Saturday and finally picked it up today “Tuesday”, was a little worried on the time line as I thought it was a little longer than should be expected.I found out that one of the managers was driving the car long distance to clear codes to make sure my old car passes, I was blown away at the great customer service that this facility took upon themselves to make sure my car passed.I had a chat with them on how I didn’t want to spend to much on this car as it already had 204,000 miles on it, we came to an agreement on what the costs where and they delivered the car to me and below a few bucks than expected, they also made sure it passed the bull**** emissions testing.These guys did a great job, i would highly recommend them to anyone..

Always been respectful to me and my budget. I’ve had several issues with the same car and they’ve always helped me understand exactly what is going on. When a mistake is made they are quick to offer resolution.
