Cannot say enough good things about Trend Carpet & Tile!
We used them to replace carpeting with hardwood (including stair cases), to refinish our existing hardwood, to replace our backsplashes, and to put vinyl down in the kids section of the basement. We are beyond pleased at how it all turned out. But more than that, the professionalism and service were impeccable. They made a stressful project seamless in every way possible, including helping to move furniture.

Where to begin when posting a review about Trend Carpet & Tile... we chose to finish our basement and used them for the entire project and couldn't be happier. From the moment we went there to pick out our flooring, Sarah helped me with everything. I'm bad at visualizing and she helped me with decisions that I could never make on my own. We get so many compliments when people come over all thanks to her eye. Beautiful laminate flooring throughout with a beautiful stair runner and matching rugs. The bathroom tile and shower is great and Steve was the best installer, he also installed our accent wall that makes the basement.

My husband and I worked with Doug. He was knowledgeable and listened well to our wants and needs. We only required a small amount of carpet for my home office and were given two remnant options that met our specs. The install was quick and precise, the Installers did a great job. My only issue is that the delivery window was broad with no updates. I needed to leave the house for an errand and had to call to see if they could give an updated ETA. Other than that, I would definitely use again.

Great place to go. Good selection, no pressure to buy the expensive carpeting. The installers were fast, very professional. Top notch business, would highly recommend.

I came in needing a small remnant piece of carpet for a hole my dog chewed in my carpet. I didn’t have any cash on me (only card), so the owner just gave me a few pieces of carpet and wished me luck. Such a nice person, very kind, patient, and generous. If you need any flooring, please come here. You will be treated with care!

Nice to deal with, price was fine, but double check measurement of materials ordered. I ended up with lots of extra tile and they won't return unopened box. No reason for that; excuse is better too much than too little. Better to be accurate or return unopened box.

I got carpet there about a year ago and got bad service. The tech was Very late showing up and smelled like he had been drinking. It was suppose to be here in the morning ( I work afternoons) They showed up about 3:00 if it wasn't for my daughter in law coming over to wait I don't know what would have happened. How I noticed that the carpet is coming up in places. I had post a view at the time and noticed it was deleted by them I am sure.
