I made an order for $3,800 cash to this store and let me walk you through the type of service you'll get for what they consider small potatoes customers. I paid for delivery of my appliances and was confirmed I would get a delivery window the day before and the day of delivery. Guess what? NO CALL or text with a delivery window. I'm not sitting all day waiting for the delivery truck to show up. Naturally the delivery was missed. I called to reschedule and provided my order number and the soonest they could accommodate was 3 days even though it was their mess up I was the one who had to wait. The second time they come for delivery they only had 1 out of the 3 appliances. The only excuse they had "sorry for the inconvenience" as if that solves anything. Third time they come they deliver a dented dryer. I reject the dryer and the delivery guy tells me he can't do anything and I have to call the store. I call and they tell me it's gonna de a month until I get my dryer. I ask for a refund they said they need to process the request because it's an online order even though I made the purchase in store. I then get a called by their associate, Nancy that the only way I can get my refund is coming to the store and swiping my card. I live 30 minutes away from the store so I go ahead and show up to the store to be greeted by the arrogant and rude manager Frank L telling me I have to wait until they process my refund request and to come back tomorrow. I told them you guys called me to come over and they he said I'm sorry but there's nothing I can do (customer service etiquette at it's best). At this point I've been 5 hours on the phone, driving back and forth to the store and for the last 2 weeks trying to get my appliances or money back. Countless headaches and excuses from a company that has ZERO trained personnel in problem solving, customer service and organization. Take your hard earned money to Costco, Lowe's, Walmart or Amazon as those companies understand the business' success is in the customer service experience.

We rented a truck today and Matthew made it so easy. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend their truck rental services for moving. Super affordable too.

We bought new storm doors from Home Depot in June 2022. They've sent us the wrong size doors 5-6 times now. Nobody knows what's going on and each person they send to install the doors (which STILL haven't been installed) is not apprised of the situation. We've been in contact regularly with the store and have asked them to ensure that the contractors who are sent to install the doors know of the issue and bring the correct size doors. Truly the poorest service I've ever received in my life. If you want to avoid a headache, I strongly recommend against going with Home Depot. Maybe try Lowe's instead.

The WORST delivery ever!!!! Bought a refrigerator 1st one Damaged heavily. Wait another 2weeks and the delivery driver was in his own agenda told them they had to come in the back way. Nope insisted they come in front. Had to take off the front door to get in fresh paint and stain on walls and floors can you guess????? DAMAGE!!! Didn't remove old refrigerator as promised and paid for!!!All I have....... WTH???? Driver told me he's "professional " professional idiot. DONE!

Great Service right when I walked in I went to the section where the hardwood was The young man help me out even though it took about an hour he was very pleasant to work with, we needed the manager for something he came down right away and helped me with what I needed I'm very pleased. I really like going to this Home Depot everyone is so helpful nothing like Lowe's always one disappointment after another . Maybe people at Lowe's should come work at Home Depot lol

Bought the 4 for $10 bags of mulch and it did the trick! The consistency of the mulch was perfect. It was easy to spread and covered the flower bed well. I'd buy this again!

I was looking to put a fence in my yard and was contacted on 11/4 to send the plot of survey and talked about what I wanted. I was then not contacted again until I reached out that I hadn't received a quote or anything. After receiving the quote it was unfortunately a lot more than I had expected but this is my first time doing anything like this so I'm not saying it was over priced just more than I personally expected. I respectfully told Dennis Daniels that it was out of my budget and I'm sorry to waste his time. I then received a very rude email belittling me that I should have known this would be expensive I'm not going to find it much cheaper but good luck to me. I am appalled this is how someone would treat a customer that already waited over a month just for a quote and then this. Absolutely unbelievable!!

I have had too many bad experiences with this store to even continue going there. They're not getting another red penny out of me after we have spent thousands of dollars on home renovations for two houses over the past few years. The customer service counter always has two people working behind there and they're always busy socializing or talking about how much they don't want to be there. I once went there to begin the process of getting new windows and new flooring and neither department even acknowledged my existence. Both had men working in the departments and while it was slightly busy, I had been waiting to talk to the reps and was next up. They completely ignored me and went to the next male customer. This happened on the same day in BOTH departments. The next day I went in with my husband and were immediately taken care of, but they only spoke to him. I could go on with more, but this will end up being a novel.I have to add that the only positive people working here are the older gentleman who works in paint and the black man who is super friendly and always calls me boss lady and asks if I need help. I love him! There is a young, tiny black girl who is so cheerful and sweet and Kathy from flooring is a nice lady as well. Now, here's the big one. If you have a HD credit card, watch your statements!!! In the past 3 months our credit card has been compromised at this particular store 3 times!! It HAS to be an inside job because there is no other way they could have our card number. The first time was close to $7,000 in charges, the fraud dept shut down the card, waived the debt, and sent us a new card. Thee weeks ago same thing happened - $2,000 in charges at this location, they shut down the card and sent a new one. The DAY we got the new one in the mail it happened again!!!! This time for $1,700. We are sick to death of this and they just lost our business for good. While HD is the closest home improvement store to our house, we will make the drive to Menards or Lowes. We're done.

I really hope this reaches their corporate center because God knows I'm not waiting 5 hours on hold again. Complaint #1: I ordered a stackable GE washer/dryer set. Because I'm a n**** OCD, and incredibly paranoid, not only did I measure my my space 5 times but I double and triple checked to make sure that every piece would be included with my order. I ordered everything recommended. What did the website not indicate would be needed? A stacking kit. Every set included it's own stacking kit, this one didn't. The appliances came and the installers refused to install it because...no stacking kit. So I got on the phone and called to get the stacking kit. I was on hold for 2.5 hours - all hold music and no answer! Only to find out that the call center was closed. I called again the next day and held for another 2.5 hours before I began speaking to a human, then I got bounced to someone else and had to reexplain my issue. The entire situation was incredible you frustrating! Being high risk during this time, spending you're savings on appliances, only to have to end up going to a laundromat is so upsetting. When I finally did speak to someone the resolution was that they could send the kit but not complete the installation after I had paid for it. I ended up speaking to the store manager who set up the installation for me, but I would have to pay up front for delivery of the kit and they'd reimburse me after... Complaint #2 I placed an online pickup order at 9am on Sunday. It's 10pm on Sunday now. The store's closed. The order is still not ready. I'm sorry, whaaaat? I get you're busy during these times but I have received no communication whatsoever. I'm not sure why I continue business with Home Depot at this point.

Do NOT buy appliances from Home Depot I did and big time regret it. Their return policies on appliances are only allow 48 hrs to call them with appliances problems. If you call past 2 days you are SOL. 2 days is not long enough. And will only take back if damaged. You pay thousands of dollars on appliances and they won't even budge or are flexible during this Coronavirus. If you get it want to exchange for a different style or swap it out you can forget it. They call it "buyers remorse" and said too bad. The website says 100 % happy guaranteed that's not true. Now I'm stuck with a refrigerator I don't want to keep.

We wanted to purchase an over the stove microwave at Home Depot they not only had to special order a white one, but couldn't have it delivered to the store! They wanted $60 for delivery!!!! I went on line with Lowe's found the same microwave and we can pick up in store! Home Depot lost our business! They are a rip off!
