The dealership was clean, we were promptly greeted and assisted with what we were looking for. We had an opportunity to see and test the features of the vehicle we were interested in as well as go for a test drive. The interaction was no-pressure by the salesman to make a sale. Out negotiations were fair and honest. The completion of the paperwork and financing was one of the quickest vehicle purchasing processes I’ve experienced. The vehicle was clean and ready for us as soon as the paperwork was done. The experience was great; Bobby, Matt and Luciano made it a positive and easy process.

I came to this dealership looking to buy a new car, because of all the great reviews. However, I did not personally have a good experience. When going over pricing, the manager tried to quickly bypass the fact that they automatically throw in $3,100 of extras on the car, which you have no choice in. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me, so I did not buy a car from them. I’m leaving this review because I wish I would have known this or I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming out from the city to this dealership. Hopefully this helps someone else.

Sunrise Chevrolet has one of the Best Sales & Service Staffs in the Chicago area. Don Hansen is a wonderful salesman. Dan is one of the best service people in the industry.
He is always a big help.

We recently purchased a new 2024 Colorado and this is our second vehicle purchased at Sunrise Chevrolet. Don Hansen and the rest of the staff were excellent and we couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service we received from start to end of the sale. From test driving, ordering a custom build from the factory to delivery they were great! I highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet!

Was quoted a price on a Chevy Trax. Then we are ready to buy and all of a sudden the price jumped to $3100 more. We were told that was for dealer added amenities. This was never disclosed or listed anywhere on the website or print out he gave us. Then he texted later to say I was not very understanding ?? yay you raised the car price by 15% I’m not going to be understanding.
