Went to pump gas (prepaid $15) and the pump just stopped at $8 with a message "out of service." I went inside for my refund or to move to another pump for the remaining amount. The worker was no help at all. She lied to me and said my cc would be refunded, but never offered to move me to another pump. My cc was never refunded. This is the 2nd time they have run out of gas/had an issue at the pump. I will never go to this gas station again. NEVER. what a joke.

Purchased a car wash with (over priced) gas. When I got to the wash it was closed so I went into to store to talked to the clerk. The very smug clerk seemed very happy to say the car wash was closed…. No refunds and the code is good for 15 days. Avoid this over priced gas station all She’ll Olivia gas stations are over priced

Worst gas station ever, so unfriendly the Mexican lady in the mornings is so miserable she should just quit working there. Go somewhere else you’ll be happy plus they charge 20 cents more a gallon of gas then their competitors less than a mile down the road!!!

Even it a time where gas prices are high, this station gouges around 30 cents higher for a gallon of gas. And that's only with a $5 carwash. Even the nearby Shell station on Glen Ellyn road is cheaper.

This is a brand new gas station and convenience store. Their pumps always accept credit cards unlike some gas stations which stop working when it's too cold. Their air pump is in working order most of the time. I wish they accepted Apple Pay.

This place will rip you off. Gas prices went down across the board but they are still charging inflated prices....hoping no one will notice. If you don't pay attention you'll pay 50 cent more a gallon.

Gas prices go up and down the price here never changes $3.59. I would not buy gas here about $0.50 higher than the area around it

Worst customer service ever.. Pumps are always broken, card reader will never work properly.Staff are alway on the cell phone when you are ready to pay and never keep eye contact or even say hi.. I work in customer service and this is very disappointing to see.... Never again going back...

Worst customer service that i ever seen.Unprofessional young stuff is hired here and they were untrained to be a gas station clerk.Everytime you walk in here,they are on the back of register texting or talking on their cell phones.More complaints about this place will be filed with the Shell corporate and Better Business Bureau.I will give negative 5 stars if they were available.....Avoid stopping here if possible...
