Very bad customer service.First of all they never pick up the phone.After calling 4-5 times, if they pick up the phone, they put the phone on hold for 5-6 minutes and then hang up.They don’t have courtesy to answer the phone and listen to the customer.

I went here based on recommendations from others about the desi food items that they sell. The only thing worth mentioning here is the daal masala -- well cooked and flavorful.The chicken biryani is way too dry -- it lacks marination and tastes bland. As for the nihari -- the gravy is too watery and it does not even taste like authentic Pakistani nihari. What they call butter chicken, is a complete insult to the dish butter chicken -- absolutely insipid and bland. In all fairness to them, I have yet to come across an authentic butter chicken here in the Chicagoland area. The same story for the chicken kadhai -- they basically use one gravy base for almost all their chicken dishes and assign different names based on how it is packaged and presented. I was completely disappointed after all the recommendations to try their food. It seems to me that peoples culinary tastes have declined and it is very hard to come by a discerning foodie like myself.

I work as a stylist at the barbershop next door and I get quick bites here. When I do I always leave with more! They're super nice and always give good customer service.

Called in for a meat order and was told that it'll be ready by 4:30. Show up at 4:30 and gather some items to purchase and place them on the counter at the corner, away from the stores business. I mentioned the meat order for pick up and was told to wait another 30 minutes. I wait. A woman dressed as a Muslim makes a purchase and takes 2 of my items. When I make my purchase and ask the guy at the counter about my items, he says, "Maybe she took it." Anyways, it's your fault. You should not have left the items on the counter. Wow. Really. So it's my fault another person, an alleged Muslim lady, steals the items I'm going to purchase. He didn't even ask her if the items were hers. As I'm making my purchase, another lady places her stuff on the counter to buy. I move them towards my items, but this counter then asks me, "is that your stuff?" Why didn't he ask the lady that took stuff that same question? When I asked him, he went crazy and said that it's my fault and that he couldn't see everything that went on the store. He began smart mouthing me. This Muslim guy has no customer service skills! He is probably racist against non-pakistanis-non-indians.Beware - the lady drives a dark gray toyota sienna, short and heavy, dresses in Pakistani attire.

Great food and grocery there Nahari is excellent it’s hour drive from Lake Villa but I love to drive for food!

The lack of wheel cart ? is really make customer very much uneasySmall handle carts are very much uneasy to lift and carryOtherwise GoodIf you make more place / big space between each racks can make movment freely , it's so hard to move in nerrow space
