This store goes from bad to worst i been there a few times lately i hear a lady talking about r personal problems and no one even acknowledge my presence and when i finally was ask if i needed anything she was in a bad mood with a attitude i ask to speak to the store manager and she rudely told me that she was incharge with a smirk on her face is a shame they have people like her run a store rude lack of customer service lack of emphati who care about who she sleeping with ! So proudly saying that she was sleeping with 2 guys :/ shame on you Oreilly’s auto parts

Absolutely awesome O'Reilly, customer service is by far better than other O'Reilly's in the area.
Shot out to Kylie & nick, they go above & beyond to help you find the correct parts even took time to show how to make a part that we couldn't get on a weekend. Keep up the great work guys!

I guess not all oreilleys are created equal. Walking into the store, saw an old black man peeping through the window as I entered. When I walk to the counter the same old black man was like "whatchu need" and just kept laughing at me. I asked him what I needed and he continued laughing at me and staring like a creep. Then I saw another black tall guy behind the counter and I walk up to him and ask if he works here, he gonna say " we all work here" with so much attitude and just straight rude. Needless to say, I walked out immediately. The store smelled like weed, and outside was boarded up. What a nightmare, they need to get fired and replaced by people that actually want to work and help customers.

Walk in this store and it smells like weed I saw a liquor bottle in the counter while I was walking in how can upper management let something like this happen. This is unprofessional and ridiculous

This O'Reilly location is always super helpful and willing to teach or help with replacement parts. I stopped in to have a headlight changed and Jamie was super helpful and very patient even though it was 30 degrees and dark outside. I definitely would have struggled for a long time trying to change it on my own, so thank you!
