Service Advisor is very nice and respectful. However, extremely overpriced and they know it. They take advantage of the lack of knowledge most people have in the field and charge outrageous amounts of money for simple services and parts. I just paid $500 for a fuel pump (with no sensor). After doing some investigating at other auto repair shops and talking to some technicians. I was informed this part for my vehicle would not have truly cost more than $200. It is on me though for not doing my research before I approved them to do the work but I was desperate for my car back. Then, I get a call that I need to get my spark plugs and coils changed. For that work they wanted me to pay an additional $1,000. I had initially approved the work but after being advised to cancel it I call back and did so. I just got this done elsewhere. I paid $50 for pieces and $50 for labor. How in the world did I almost pay a $1,000 here????? That is completely predatory. I’d warn any young women out there to do your research before allowing any work on your vehicle to be done here. They take advantage of our ignorance. When my bill came back to almost $2,000 after $185 in diagnostics alone, $538 for the pump, $475 for changing it, $42 for removing and replacing my battery, $188 for the battery, $20.59 for “shop supply”, air and fuel induction service $100, “FOAM” $42,”job supplies” $98 and $119 in fees. I asked if there were any offers or discounts that could be apply. The agent told me they do not have any discounts or offers available at the moment but that he could give me 2 $40 vouchers for future services. When my mother in law went to pick up my vehicle for me, as I was at work, she asked again about receiving any discounts. They told HER that they had already given me a few discounts and that he could also throw an additional 2 $40 vouchers for future services. So which is it? After looking at my receipt there weren’t any “offers” or “discounts” applied. I called them again to ask about it since they claimed I had received something and he said well I can’t really change it because you’ve already signed the paperwork for the lease on this. To try and call the company to which I received the lease to pay. I did that and the company told me this could be changed but the merchant needs to be the one to call to do so. I called back to let them know and they still were acting like well I can’t change it it won’t let me. I explained that to do so they would have to call their merchant support because I obviously cannot tell them to change it as the lease holder. He said he’d call the next day. Never did. It’s been over a week and nothing was ever done of course. Ultimately, they wanted to get out of providing any discounts or offers to help my bill and pretended to do so (which is the most upsetting part). Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Be ware. Wish I had towed my vehicle elsewhere

I had an emergency with my car and José was Incredible! He went above and beyond to help me and was able to get my car back on the road within the hour. ??
The diagnostica service is great. They send you a link with pictures or even video if needed with any work that needs to be done on your car and prices are also reasonable.
