Had an appointment set for today to file taxes. I get up there and the doors are locked. No lights on, nobody inside. I called and whomever answered said "they forgot to call me" to let me know that their systems were down and that I'd have to reschedule.Seriously? If you wanted to be home for the Super Bowl, just say so!

I was very happy with the representative that worked on my taxes. She worked in the Bloomingdale office.Her name is Denise Moss and this is the 3rd year I’ve worked with her. I do appreciate the courtesy of the Jackson Hewitt tax company.

The lady did my taxes she was cool I like her ... but I'm sorry Jackson Hewitt prices are too high for me ....they charger for everything...and I just couldn't remember who I did my taxes with 2 years ago and it's was hr.block they got me more back then Jackson Hewitt...iam salty bcz ...that was my mistake...bcz 2 years ago got back more and I didn't file last year ....but it's all good lessons learn

Still waiting for my taxes from last year to get filed. Worst customer service. Don't recommend anyone using this service. Might as well do it yourself because it's what you will end up doing at the end.
