“I went to buy toilets that were on sale. I walked around the whole store and saw many employees that did not acknowledge me at all. Then when I got to the right section, an employee named Matt came over and asked if he could help me. i told him i wanted to get the two toilets that are on sale and explained that i work Monday - Friday and don't get home until 3:10pm or so and asked if there was anyway they could deliver at that time or later..Matt asked me to wait a few minutes while he checked to see if it is possible. He came back and told me that was not a problem. Then i walked to the back of the store with him where David was working. He asked me if Saturday would work and i replied that is even better bc i am off on the weekends. So David took care of writing up the order and told me to pay at the register and make sure the delivery charges shows up as well on the receipt. Then they both wished me a Happy New Year!Matt and David were very helpful and I just wanted you to know they made my day! Thank you guys! i appreciate you both!!!”

“I'd like to start out by saying that Patrick at ProSource of Naperville, saved the day! I was in the process of renovating my 60 year old cottage that's 5.5 hours away in REMOTE northern Wisconsin when my future son-in- law asked to host a surprise proposal there. Given only weeks to get a floor installed, Patrick walked me through the process and I chose a product that was in stock, good to go! Nope, there was a glitch in the order and my floor wasn't going to be delivered in time. Patrick went above and beyond and personally guaranteed that he would take care of the situation and have it delivered on site in time. Per his promise the order arrived in time and was installed...with two days to spare! Way to go Patrick! He approached the situation with kindness and compassion. He knew how special the event was to me and added an amazing human touch, that's something hard to find anymore. A big shout out to ProSource and Patrick!! Highly recommend!!”

“I was having a hard time finding something on the home depot website. One of the Home Depot employees, his name is Ali, (it sounded like that anyways) was so helpful, went above and beyond. He and Charles were wonderful. Both of them, but Ali, who has been there 8 years is a wonderful employee. He works also repairing equipment but we were in rentals that day. If he worked for me, I would pay him as much as I possibly could. Thanku Ali!”

“This is a great Home Depot. The staff are friendly and there are some who have been there for years and really know how to help!We recently purchased storm doors and I apologize for not remembering her name, but she helped with everything, asked great questions and provided exactly what we needed. Ken in flooring and blinds has helped us so much over the years. Recently helped me with multiple window coverings. He is accurate and clear and so kind. The staff at the service desk are always knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Love the garden center in the summertime.”

“Sometimes service is good, sometimes not so good. If you know what your looking for, then you just have to look for the stuff on the shelves. Otherwise you have to ask staffs which some are helpful and some just gives basic info. Was here to buy painting stuff and the guy was very helpful. And the power tools were looking for was available. Great store.”

“Ever since i moved to the area i have been in the bartlett location on a weekly basis. Nihad has been my go to guy! Every time i see him he has been working with other staff on improving with resolution and quality talks. The past two visits i went to say hi but saw he was busy working with other associates. So i didn’t want to interrupt. It is good seeing good management in place and see how looking for solutions by talking it out is always much more effective. The people overall seem to care about your experience and its a great environment to shop in. Thanks home depot!”

“I had the best experience starting with Dave in appliances. He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with my LB range that I purchased in November. I went in and spoke with Dave not only did he hear my concern but called me back two days later with some additional information! After still not getting anywhere with LG CS, I called Lashaun (sp?) the store manager and Stephanie (I am assuming the assit store manager). Both of them have been incredibly helpful. They have called back, they have called LG and helped me with the issue I was having. Without their help I don't think I would have gotten anywhere with LG. I will shop at this tore again simply because of these 3 people. Thank you Dave, Lashaun and Stephanie - you have been amazing. I cant wait for my new range to be delivered on 2/8”
