So I live in Ft Myers Florida and was shopping for a used Corvette. I found a gorgeous 2007 convertible on their website. I ended up buying it and want to tell you that this team of people is nothing but top notch. They bent over backwards to make sure the car was in tip top shape and made sure thru a number of follow ups that it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The financing was super easy, the collaboration with them was courteous, friendly and their follow up has been so professional. I have told friends about this store as I’ve had nothing but great compliments on the car, like you paid what for this car? Great deal, great dealership and wonderful people!

Sam and his team were great to work with. The process was extremely easy - they made me feel comfortable about the purchase I was looking to make and the vehicle I purchased is out of this world! Our experience at Greater Chicago Motors was fantastic, and we owe a lot of that to Will, our salesman. From the start, Will treated us with incredible respect and patience, making us feel valued as customers. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to get us the best price possible. The selection of vehicles here is just stunning, with so many gorgeous cars to choose from. As with any used car purchase, it’s essential to do your due diligence, but we felt very comfortable with Will guiding us. The overall experience was awesome, and I already know I’ll be coming back here when it’s time for my next sports car. Highly recommend!

Love Greater Chicago Motors!
They made the entire buying process a pleasurable experience. I was amazed at how many high end luxury vehicles they had in stock. It was like being a kid in a candy store. I wanted them all. No high pressure sales tactics, they allowed me to wander around by myself until I decided which cars I wanted to test drive. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership.

Called about a Mercedes that I found on auto list that said "call for price". So I did. The salesman told me there was a deposit on it, when I asked the price, which is fine.
What was really uncomfortable was when I asked if there's a chance the sale falls through and he said yes and immediately started to try and take my information but I stopped him and asked him what the price of the car was because I was only interested in it if it falls in my price range. His verbatim response to that was "oh ok, I'll call you and let you know the price it sells for then." Then basically hung up on me.
The whole reason I called was to find out the price of the vehicle to see if it was in my price range. I was ready to purchase tonight. Thanks for being rude.
Update: They still have the ads up for the car online. I called in again to try and get a price (no price online) because I am actively looking to purchase this specific make and model. They tell me they think it might be sold. I ask him to check. He makes up an excuse to once again take down my information. Why is it impossible for your dealership to give me pricing and availability of your own vehicles? Also, if you sell a car, remove the ad from the internet.

The buying process was quick and easy. There was no pressure from anyone at the dealership . After I bought the vehicle, I noticed one little thing did not work. I call Ahmend and told me to go to my local shop and they paid for the repair. Great service and follow-through.

I own a dealership and purchased a car from Greater Chicago Motors. Seller stated no vehicle damage in condition report, front clip is held together by zip ties and tape. Been repainted! This is what gives dealerships a bad name! These people play it off to be honest and are very shady! Avoid this place at all costs.
Read their other reviews they are known for stating no damage when there are obvious repairs that they not disclose.
Look at how you talk to people, your description of the vehicle did not cover the damage of the vehicle. As you stated I am a tool, and also a fool for not looking further into your business before buying anything that your business is affiliated with! Excuses and finger pointing when someone is scammed and they bring it to your attention. It's always someone else's fault. All I can do is hope future clients read this and don't make the same mistake as me! Karma Sam

Amazing Experience at Greater Chicago Motors l. Moe really took care of me from start to finish of the sale. Best of all finished most of it online so I could just go in and finalize the deal. Worst car dealership I’ve ever encountered. I got my car refinanced and was owed a warranty refund, Chad convinced me everything was handled and told me to expect payment in 30-45 days. That time came around and he told me that nothing has been submitted. And gave me a complete runaround with no progress whatsoever. These people do not care about you or your time at all. Highly suggest to stay away!

I purchased my 2012 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible in March of 2024. I live in Texas, so I had my nephew go check the vehicle out and to give me a point of contact at the dealership. My nephew said the vehicle was good to go and gave me Sam as the point of contact!!! Sam and I had a deal done in less than 10 minutes on the phone and he made arrangements to have the Maserati transported to me in Texas!!! I have nothing but high marks for Sam and Greater Chicago Motors dealership!!!
