Worst experience ever! I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. One of the employees lost the extra key to my new car, it has been over a month and no one wants to take responsibility or solve the issue. The sales manager is ignoring our emails and is not helpful at all!

I went there this weekend and purchased my 2017 Jeep Cherokee. Anthony and Tyler were FANTASTIC!!!! Anthony went above and beyond helping me with finances and Tyler was awesome showing me the car and answering all the questions my boyfriend and I had. They both made a big purchase so easy for me. They took great care of us and didn't give us any trouble from coming out of state to see this car. They truly are wonderful people. My boyfriend and I will come back when we want to look for another car. So worth the 2 hour drive for the experience we had. :)

Terrible service I purchased a vehicle with them they give you a gift the DUPAGE Advantage Package which includes 3 years of interior protection. I have been calling fore months to schedule an appointment each time I called they transfer me to the finance department the person from there either leave me on hold and then hangs up on me or promises that someone is going to call me back. All lies !! don't fall from them, terrible customer service. They sold me a car that it was not how the description was on-line disclosed, regret to have made business with them!!

I walked in without any appointment and was assisted immediately.
Joe Rogers, Collin, and Brian Brundage were all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to come to an agreement all parties were happy with.
The closing/paperwork process was the quickest and most efficient I have had when buying a car. No games, everyone had the same goal in mind (a happy customer), and they showed that in their actions.
Could not recommend them more!

I’m sure they’ll just reply with some fake apology to this but.. we did not enjoy our experience here. We were there to purchase a truck with cash in hand. Usually when you have cash, you can expect a better experience. That was not the case for us. We drove over an hour and a half to get to this dealer to look at a truck they had. Our salesman that was apparently brand new to selling gave us a short test drive, and wouldn’t leave us alone with the truck. As soon as the short drive around the block was over, he started to immediately walk inside as if the deal was done already. We hadn’t even looked the truck over yet. However, after we did, we decided to go thru with buying the truck. We put cash down and were told we needed to come back the next day for the truck due to an issue with the rear view camera. The communication with our salesman between that point and when we finally got back for the truck was abysmal. We also ended up waiting over three hours both days we were there to sign paperwork. When I come in with cash, I expect a certain level of courtesy. This place acted like I was just another chump they could scam. They didn’t even fill my tank to half full like they said they would. If we didn’t NEED this truck for our business, we would have walked away fast from this place. The salesman literally even forgot to give us a temporary plate. We had to ask for one. Truck also needed an oil change but of course they couldn’t have been bothered to give it one. Just a really scummy experience. Felt like another notch on their belt by the end.

Evelinda and Brian upfront and Rolland in Srvc have been taking such good care of me this past year w my 18 wrangler that I bought pre owned i trust them with my life at this point. I work in the auto srvc industry my self and know what these guys go through day to day. They’re the best I’ve seen hands down. Right before I signed the paper work for the wrangler Brian said to me “ this will be the best decision of your life”. And he was damn right.

We had a great experience with Tyler Conway in sales! I sent in an inquiry online and he called immediately, answered all my questions, emailed me a straight forward and clear price and I met with him the next day to finalize. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely a good guy to work with. The process was incredibly efficient and the whole team did a wonderful job. I love my new Jeep and I’d happily send anyone here! Standing here waiting to be helped at the parts counter, there appears to be several people in back who keep looking up at me and walking away. Been here for over 20 minutes and still no assistance. I ended up getting frustrated from getting no assistance and left for another dealership who helped me out in less than 5 minutes. Pretty messed up that I can see people in the back looking up at the counter to just stare me down and quickly disappear. There was even a parts driver from the dealership I ended up going to standing there and waiting just as long as I was. Hate to think what customer service means to your business when you treat people this way.You can do much better than this.
