Cvs is horrible!!! Every time I receive a coupon it's good for 5 minutes. I JUST SPENT $200!! How about a week or two? I just went in with 35 percent off my purchase, and of course didn't get it. So frustrating.... Finally done with this retailer. Anywhere will be better.

Pharmacy tech Jenny was NOT helpful at all. Did not answer questions, was not even busy that time. Refused to explain when asked regarding delay of medication refill to be picked up. Very rude!! Feels like you can never ask a question! Awful service!!

Came in today to redeem my monthly $10 rewards and after I got to the checkout, it didn't come off for some reason. It was odd but I understand sometimes things happen, so I was polite and told a worker what happened. What frustrated me was that she told me that I didn't have the rewards yet, so I couldn't use them. I even showed her my phone and I'll add pictures down below of what I showed her, it says that my rewards are now available to be redeemed. But she insisted that it wasn't correct and that it was just a total of what I had saved, which didn't make sense. I always come to this CVS and have never really had much of a problem, but this is the second time I've had a problem with this older lady in particular. Last time I was told that I couldn't use two types of payment when checking myself out, but even today I did it and I do it all the time.

I am very sorry that the CVS on Lake St in Bloomingdale closed and I had to transfer my Rx to this location as it is the closest to my home and most convenient. I am writing this review based on my first impression. Two weeks before my diabetic medication run out, I called to request a refill. They said they will let me know when it's ready to be picked up. Two weeks went by, I didn't hear from them. I called, I was told the medicine is out of stock, everywhere. So then I had to scramble calling privately owned pharmacies to see if they have my meds in stock. I got 1 month supply from Care Central Pharmacy in Arlington Hts.Four days ago, I called this CVS again to request a refill on 2 other Rx as I was running out. I was told they need to contact my PCP to request a transfer of prescription. They will let me know when they are ready to be picked up (sounds familiar). I called today and I was told that there was no indication/record that someone from this location has contacted my PCP. Can they be more incompetent?!?!? They are dealing with people with health issues and these kind of incompetence can be detrimental to people's health!

The customer service at this CVS is absolutely appalling – unfriendly, unprofessional, and downright terrible. David, that guy, should definitely not be working there; he's rude, unhelpful, and a complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to my worst enemy!

No employees in front by the register so anyone can just walk out with stuff if they really wanted too and the self check out didn’t even have bags to put my items in. The self checkout needed an associate and I had to walk around the store until I found someone and they didn’t even care that self check out had no bags. Terrible experience

my insurance company was calling CVS Pharmacy in McHenry and they've been on hold for at least an hour and 20 minutes now waiting to get through to someone to provide an approval for my medications. even when I call in, I usually have to wait a minimum of 1/2 hour. their service sucks!
