Train your employees! Glendale Heights and Addison were the worst. I've been with Cricket since you opened up in Illinois. Addison was the worst!!! 3 employees there and I was there for almost 5 hours. Then had to return 3 more times because the phone I bought was defective. The last time I went Olga I think was her name reaked of alcohol. Things got heated and I was angry and she was drunk or way hungover. I'm betting on drunk. The minute I realized my voice she picked up the police. I waited for them to show up. Then left. She didn't call the police she's a drunken liar. My phone is still not working and needs trouble shooting. I called 611 at least 50 times. I was in there the next day after I bought the phone and they would not troubleshoot it or replace it. I hate Cricket now and would never recommend it to anyone ever!

I really enjoy the help from Roberto at this store. But the other workers are not it especially all the managers. They leave him alone and don’t back him up when there are rude customers. I don’t understand how they can just let an employee take all this rude and disrespect from customers and not do nothing about. I’m surprised he hasn’t left and gone to give his experience for way more pay! Really disappointed in cricket and I wish I could talk to some manager and let them know which I’m sure they know about but won’t do nothing about.

The stores are always great, but the company is just terrible!So no matter what your phone shuts off if it is not paid by due date, but they charge a 10 to 20 dollar reactivation fee if you miss the payment. Also the company has gotten more expensive over the years for sometimes very slow service.Lastly, if you want to make a payment over the automated service......there is a 4 dollar fee! The automated service has a few, with no human interaction.

After multiple trips to this store with phone problems and no resolution, I entered again and Roberto was working. He was extremely helpful! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with in backing up and preparing my phone to be sent back for a replacement. When my new phone came in a few days later, I was delighted to see Roberto when I entered the store. He recognized me and offered to help! Again he was the perfect depiction of customer service! I had numerous questions and he not only patiently answered me but he was kind and we even laughed which put me at ease with my lack of technical knowledge! I truly appreciate Roberto and all he did to help me!! He is a great asset to Cricket!

The Asian man there last name Young refused to help with my problem, raised his voice and used profanity out of frustration. Do not spend your hard earn money here because you will be scammed and not receive the service you deserve. Go to a different store. I hope this potty mouth man gets fired. This guy should not be working in customer service because he doesn't know the meaning of it.
