I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox last year from Glendale Heights, Illinois. Recently my engine went out and left me without a vehicle to go to work, not to mention I'm still without my truck. My truck will not be ready until the 15th of November.I called to move my payment to the 19th of November. I spoke with Shannon. I have NEVER missed a payment nor have my payments been late and I had my truck for almost two years. Shannon told me she could not move my payment. That is NOT how you treat a valued customer who have NEVER missed a payment. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a car from them unless they bring their own mechanic, and go through an outside finance company. Even Capital one will allow you to move your payment or at least work with you! CNAC deserve ZERO stars. They have no compassion for their customers!!!

These mfs really think they're Debo!!!! If i could give no stars i totally would. The customer service is bottom of the barrel from the front of the line to the managers. Won't let you get a word in edgewise. Very demanding and clearly getting high off the teeny tiny power of being able to call a person and tell them, AND I QUOTE, "you're not getting along w us we will repo your car" b**** this is not a popularity contest and i will fight every single one of y'all. On God. Keep playing w me.

If I could rate this place with 1/4 of a star I would, this is the worst company on planet earth. They are rude, inconsiderate and very close to being sued!!!! They go back and check your credit (hard pull) and then LIE about it, they cant be trusted-EVER!!!
