βThis is the best shop in Chicago! I have taken my Mercrdes-Benz to this shop since I moved to the city in 2021 and have had excellent, knowledgeable service every single visit. Today was especially wonderful as I blew out a tire and had suspension damage in Evanston on Ridge Rd. constructuon and need to be back out on the road. In by 8 out by 1:30! Hooray!!β
βIf you know what's good for you, and you're interested in a Honda, go to the Schaumburg dealership and ask for Kevin Hanson. Nice guy, very transparent, informative, and wants to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Finance guy is also hilarious and made everything easy.
Good people working here. Seriously, I'm not always easy to please (Kevin can attest to this, I'm sure) and I literally can't recommend Kevin enough. Honest, easy to get along with, and knows his stuff. I will contact him in the future any time I'm looking for a Honda.β
βThe Lombard Enterprise location is our go to place for local car rentals. In the past we used miscellaneous car rentals n the area, but since Jacob has been the manager here we have had amazing service and don't think of going anywhere else. I have an issue with fragrances and somehow he manages every time to provide me with a car that has no air freshener smell. We are waited on quickly and courteously, unlike previous experiences. The cars are in great condition. We are hooked.β
βWOW! I was in an emergency situation and needed a vehicle quick (like 30 min before closing) due to a work crisis. Zachary was the hero of the day. In less than 45 minutes total - I got a car. Fast, quick, and keys in my hand and on the road. Everything in the end was a success! Thanks to Enterprise in Carol Stream, especially Zachary. I look forward to my next rental because this is where I'm coming back. βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ
βOur neighborhood Avis has come a long way since I started using them many years ago. Theyβve always had good or better employees, but now are much more consistent with having cars and being open posted hours, etc. Happy to give them my business!β

βI can not Thank You ?? Enough! Rented a car from Hertz they didnβt have any cars available?Was headed to Ohio for a funeral. Came to Enterprise 2 minutes before closing they took all my reservations information and had a car available the next morning before opening. They really took care of me even though I talked to the wrong location the night before. I truly appreciate everyone at both locations. I was able to make it to the funeral on time and with a car that had enough room for my family. We Appreciate your Understanding and Patience in Our Time of Need. Thank You So Much!β

βThe staff was great, no issues with picking up the vehicle or returning it. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the brakes were grinding and very loud. Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure the staff was aware of the bad brakes so they could get them repaired before renting to another customer. The staff was grateful for the information and promptly took care of the issue.β
βThis was my very first time renting a car from here and Iβm very impressed and very happy.The service was a 10/10 and they were extremely nice.I recommend this company if you ever want to rent a car 10/10.β

βHello! Brandon was amazing helping me out at enterprise he truly made sure I was taken care of and understood everything when it comes to car rentals. This was my first time at this location, and it truly helped being able to work with him. He is the definition of an employee every person should have in their company. So incredibly for his help!!β
βI needed a rental for a family outing. I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance. I rented a large suv that could seat 7 people. The day before the rental date I got a call for confirmation. When I went to pick up the rental they didnβt have a large suv available. They had a minivan available which I ended up taking and they dropped the price for my inconvenience but it was just frustrating since I made the reservation 2.5 weeks in advance.β
β5-Star experience working with Eddie. He went far above and beyond to help us get the equipment we needed AND solve an extra problem that threatened to strand us and ruin our move. Also, he was super nice. Hope Budget recognizes this guy.β

βGreat service when I needed help in a pinch. Check-in was great, and Jonathon gave me his card in case I needed help when I had little margin for error. His car says Trainee but he was a pro. My return team on Monday was also great, including a smart intern. This experience made me want to go exclusively Enterprise for rentals.β
βWe actually went to TS SPECIALISTS which is located in front of Hayes. We will not take our car anywhere else. The mechanics know what they're doing and treat customers with respect. Try them before you go anywhere else.β
βFirst time & I needed a van for my sonβs 1st Football game. Everything was perfect. The check out process, the return process & itβs not far from my house. The rep Joffrey was very professional & handle everyone at the desk with ease. Will shop here again. By the wayβ¦ THEY WON!!β

Having had bad experiences with other car rental companies, I recently rented a car and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Ali, whose service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He ensured that the entire rental process was clear and stress-free. Aliβs nature made it easy to feel confident in the car rental process, which was much appreciated as Iβm not a frequent renter.
Partway through my trip, I experienced a minor issue with the initial car(a Kia Sorento). I called Ali, and he responded with remarkable understanding and speed. Without any hassle, he arranged a replacement vehicle for me(Jeep Cherokee), ensuring it was a step up from the original car. Aliβs approach to customer satisfaction turned a potential inconvenience into a smooth and positive experience.
When it came time to return the car, Ali once again provided exceptional service. Aliβs level of service was truly refreshing, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a rental car.β

βIt's been more than two years that I have rented a car. Two years meaning that for the past 740 days, I have been in possession of a rented car. Kenny is a excellent customer service representative. I have seen him at his office, taking calls, attending to in-house customers, training an employee, and still found time to smile. From reservation, to pick up, to any cumminication along the way, and the return of the vehicle, Kenny's acute customer service skills have been the driving force behind my rental from the Streamwood location. There were times when friends/relatives of mine needed cars to rent and Kenny, even though he sometimes wouldn't have any availability, he would give a date when he is likely to have cars available. We need to have many more "Kennys" at all businesses that interface with members of the public. Keep it up Kenny!!β

βWe had some changing rental car needs (before, during and upon returning the car). The manager and others working here were extraordinarily helpful, efficient and accommodating. We liked our car (Kia Soul), which met all our needs. The car rental agency is actually inside the Hyatt Regency hotel, which was a little confusing at first.β
βThe one at Hoffman estates on golf is amazing . Customer service is the best and they make sure u are satisfied and that all one can expect from a rental 1000 time better than any rentals like enterprise and others who are sometime over in there head when it comes to customer service.β
